Lafrentz is a big-time wing scorer for the Cyclones, and he was fantastic against Columbus, posting a huge double-double and playing downhill, putting constant pressure on the Sailors with his ability to attack off the dribble and pound the glass on both ends.

2027 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2419699' first='Braylon' last='Bingham'] (Pleasantville) -- 46 points (13-23 FG, 7-12 3P, 13-15 FT), 9 rebounds, 3 assists, 5 steals, 1 block [vs. Chariton]

Bingham is one of the top athletes in the state's 2027 class, a dynamic all-around weapon who does a little bit of everything on the hardwood. He's always been great around the rim, both off the dribble and on post-ups against smaller defenders, but his improved 3-point shooting is just another deadly weapon that he has added to his arsenal.

2025 PF [player_tooltip player_id='1951832' first='Cael' last='Reichter'] (North Fayette Valley) -- 43 points (15-27 FG, 0-2 3P, 13-15 FT), 18 rebounds (10 offensive), 3 assists, 4 steals, 1 block [vs. New Hampton]

There are very few teams with the weapons to matchup with Reichter at the 2A level, especially up in northeast Iowa, as he showed yet against in this dominant outing against the Chickasaws. He dominates the game on a nightly basis on both ends of the floor.

2027 SG [player_tooltip player_id='2754720' first='Kysen' last='Lamb'] (Belmond-Klemme) -- 32 points (12-23 FG, 4-11 3P, 4-4 FT), 2 rebounds, 1 assists, 2 steals, 1 block [vs. North Iowa]

Lamb is part of a very talented sophomore class at Belmond-Klemme, and he had arguably the best game of his young career last week against North Iowa. He can create plays off the dribble or knock down shots off the catch.

2026 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2413648' first='Logan' last='Kempema'] (Hinton) -- 32 points (11-22 FG, 5-12 3P, 5-10 FT), 5 rebounds, 1 assist [vs. Sergeant Bluff-Luton]

The 6-5 wing was really, really good in a loss to 3A Sergeant Bluff-Luton, scoring inside and out and showing that he can play with or without the ball in his hands. He has good size, shoots it well from 3-point range, and is active on the glass.

2028 PG [player_tooltip player_id='2772321' first='Carter' last='Sells'] (Shenandoah) -- 31 points (10-25 FG, 5-13 3P, 6-6 FT), 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, 1 block [vs. Earlham]

This may just be a sign of things to come for Sells, a talented freshman guard who poured in 31 points. He's a skilled shot creator off the dribble who can get to the rim or shoot it off the bounce and the catch.

2027 SF [player_tooltip player_id='2297904' first='Gage' last='Chance'] (Albia) -- 31 points (13-23 FG, 2-7 3P, 3-3 FT), 14 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block [vs. Centerville]

An athletic wing who has put together a really nice sophomore year for the Blue Demons, Chance had his best game of the year against Centerville, and they needed every last point that he put up in the 54-52 win. He was fantastic on the glass, particularly on the offensive end, helping grab several extra chances for Albia.

2027 PG [player_tooltip player_id='2754658' first='Laken' last='Caves'] (Alburnett) -- 7 points (3-9 FG, 0-2 3P, 1-2 FT), 7 rebounds, 14 assists, 1 steal [vs. Springville]

A talented playmaker in the backcourt for the Pirates, Caves was exceptional against Springville, dishing out 14 helpers against just one turnover. He's a quick guard who handles it and sees the floor extremely well.

2025 SG Talan Lafrentz (Denver) -- 46 points (16-27 FG, 1-3 3P, 13-15 FT), 11 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals [vs. Columbus Catholic]
