*Minimum 50 3-point attempts

1.) 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='1978134' first='Connor' last='Walsh'] (Wahlert Catholic) -- 49/102 (48.0%)

Walsh was a true sniper for the Golden Eagles as a junior, knocking down nearly 50% of his 3-point attempts. An off-ball guard who moves exceptionally well without the ball in his hands, he has a quick release, extended range, and a pure, picturesque stroke.

2.) 2026 Jayson Slings (North Polk) -- 40/84 (47.6%)

A 6-1 off-ball guard who shot better from the 3-point line than he did from inside the arc as a junior, Slings provides some valuable floor spacing for a Comets team that didn't shoot it very well from the 3-point line last season.

3.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2754687' first='Ajay' last='Vander Schaaf'] (Sergeant Bluff-Luton) -- 79/170 (46.5%)

Vander Schaaf, the coach's son, had a fantastic sophomore year for the Warriors, leading the team in scoring at 16.3 points per game. An electric shooting threat who uses the threat of his shot to open up the rest of his offensive arsenal, he's a skilled playmaker and dynamic shooter off both the dribble and the catch.

4.) 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='1765508' first='Cameron' last='Boyd'] (Storm Lake) -- 40/87 (46.0%)

Boyd pairs well with standout wing [player_tooltip player_id='1765515' first='Jaidyn' last='Coon'], giving the athletic slasher more room to operate with his ability to space the floor. He's a fantastic shooter off both the dribble and the catch, and he has the size to get his shot off whenever he wants.

5.) 2026 Harrison Mullens (Pella) -- 26/58 (44.8%)

Mullens came off the bench as a junior to provide some shooting for the Dutch, leading the team in 3-point percentage and finishing second in made 3s. He could step into the starting lineup as a junior to provide some additional shooting.

6.) 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='2731792' first='Ian' last='Reid'] (Mount Pleasant) -- 39/90 (43.3%)

Reid had a nice junior year for the Panthers, averaging 8.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game. He's an off-ball guard who moves well without the ball in his hands, but he's also a capable secondary playmaker who sees the floor well.

7.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2906523' first='Benjamin' last='Weiss'] (Nevada) -- 46/107 (43.0%)

A 6-1 sharpshooter with a quick release, Weiss' offensive game is largely catch-and-shoot at this point in time, but that's something that he clearly does at a pretty high level. We'll be curious to see how the rest of his game has developed heading into his junior year.

8.) 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='1978146' first='Hudson' last='Shull'] (ADM) -- 53/124 (42.7%)

A highly efficient, intelligent guard who can create plays for his teammates or knock down open shots off the catch in bunches, Shull averaged 9.9 points on 51-43-74 shooting splits as a junior for the Tigers.

9.) 2026 Trey Tassell (Carroll) -- 30/71 (42.3%)

Another player who came off the bench to provide a shooting and scoring spark last season, Tassell, a 6-2 wing, averaged 7.5 points per game as a junior. He figures to play a much larger role as a senior for the Tigers.

10.) 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='2731850' first='Parker' last='Burmeister'] (Maquoketa) -- 27/64 (42.2%)

Burmeister's 27 made 3s accounted for half of his made field goals last season. He's a skilled playmaker who led the Cardinals in assists, dishing out 5.3 helpers per game, and he shoots it really well off the dribble.
