Over the weekend Mulroy (1st Team All-SOL in 2023-24) once again showed that he one of the best off the dribble scorers in southeastern Pennsylvania. The trifecta of his quick burst, deep bag of moves and ability to kiss difficult shots of the glass make Mulroy unstoppable in the half-court. He can also produce points in transition and splash threes. Mulroy is the recipient of frequent double teams, but he is quick to recognize those situations and move the ball to an open teammate. This past weekend Mulroy torched Abington for 25 points (2 threes) in another UD win.

On Friday night Orange posted another 30-piece as DCC defeated Pope Jon Paul. To be exact, Orange posted a near triple double as he scored 33 points, handed out 10 dimes and grabbed 8 rebounds. Orange splashed threes from all around the arc, hit mid-range jumpers and scored on the fast break. Still the most impressive part of Orange's day was his ability to get into the paint and then convert on floaters and lay-ins or execute kick outs to open shooters. Plus, Orange frequently knifed through passing lanes for steals. This crafty scoring guard holds several D3 offers, but more coaches should be contacting Orange.

The best available two-way power forward in SEPA recorded another double double as Central York defeated Coatesville in a matchup of 6A state title contenders. In the win Rill (20 ppg.) was a dominating interior presence as he scored 25 points and hauled in 10 rebounds. As always, Rill was an offensive force in the paint. He scored on post ups over both shoulders, via the offensive glass and on dives to the cup. But in this game Rill also flashed the ability to run the floor for transition baskets. Rill holds offers from a handful of D2 programs, but more college coaches should be blowing up his phone.

On Friday, Russell poured in 26 points as he helped Ryan down PCL archrival Neumann-Goretti. Offensively Russell drained 2 threes and consistently broke down defenders off the dribble for mid-range shots and lay-ins. Still, he was even more impressive on the defensive side of this game. At that end of the court, Russell frequently picked pockets and disrupted passing lanes for steals. The turnovers he generated led to easy fast break buckets for Russell and his teammates. His ability to run as an elite primary ball handler this season has been an impressive development. Russell already holds a couple DII offers and just added one from Millersville (D2) to his pile.
