(9) SF [player_tooltip player_id='2107245' first='Zane' last='Rus'] (North Scott)

Rus moved back to Iowa after spending his freshman year at AZ Compass Prep in Arizona. There have been some real ups and downs with North Scott this season, but there is no denying that there is a lot of talent and potential to be excited about here. He's an athletic wing with good size and length at 6-6 who can score from all three levels.

(26) PF [player_tooltip player_id='2448279' first='Brooks' last='Coates'] (Marion)

A bouncy 6-9 big man, Coates has been dominant as a rim protector for the Wolves as a sophomore, blocking 2.5 shots per game to go with 7.7 points and 5.7 rebounds. He's a high-upside big man with mobility, switchability, and good hands.

(27) PF [player_tooltip player_id='2617475' first='Blake' last='Ritze'] (Linn-Mar)

Another intriguing young big man from Marion, Ritze hasn't seen much playing time with Linn-Mar's varsity team, but has been a big-time player with their sophomores. A big, mobile 6-7 forward who can do a little bit of everything on both ends of the floor, he figures to be a big impact player in the coming years for the Lions.

(32) PF [player_tooltip player_id='2443978' first='Alfred' last='Kolee'] (Dowling Catholic)

Another player who hasn't gotten much varsity run yet but figures to be a big part of the Maroons future, Kolee is a bouncy, athletic 6-7/6-8 big man who runs the floor hard, can switch defensively and protect the rim, and he's really good on the glass on both ends of the floor. He's a raw, intriguing prospect to keep an eye on.

(42) SG [player_tooltip player_id='2754672' first='Brady' last='Randall'] (Liberty)

Randall has great size on the wing at 6-5, shoots it well from the 3-point line (42.0%), and has shown some ability to create plays off the dribble as well. He has been really good for the Lightning as a sophomore, averaging 11.1 points and 5.3 rebounds on 55-42-55 shooting splits, and with his combination of size, length, and shooting, he's a name to keep an eye on.

(43) SG [player_tooltip player_id='2439145' first='Griffin' last='Simpson'] (Pella)

A 6-4 wing who can play downhill and get to the rim off the dribble, Simpson has come off the bench to provide the Dutch with some scoring and playmaking this season, and figures to be a big-time player for them as a junior and senior.

(46) PG [player_tooltip player_id='2754687' first='Ajay' last='Vander Schaaf'] (Sergeant Bluff-Luton)

Vander Schaaf has been among the most impressive sophomores in the state this year, averaging 16.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game on 50-46-76 shooting splits. He handles it well, shoots it off the catch and the dribble, and is a solid on-ball defender.

(48) SG [player_tooltip player_id='2754678' first='Michael' last='Gordon'] (North Scott)

Gordon is a 6-0 off-ball guard who can really shoot it, especially off the catch. He moves really well without the ball in his hands and has a quick release and unlimited range off the catch. He's averaging 7.2 points and shooting 39% from the 3-point line.

(58) SG [player_tooltip player_id='2754669' first='KingSton' last='Swayzer'] (Iowa City West)

A raw but intriguing guard who can play with or without the ball in his hands, Swayzer can play downhill and attack the rim, or knock down shots from the 3-point line. He's a streaky shooter, but the form looks good, so improvement in consistency should come with more repetition.

(60) SG [player_tooltip player_id='2617548' first='T'Angello' last='Bush'] (Des Moines North)

Bush is a 6-0 guard who has had some big scoring games of late, coming on strong for the Polar Bears over the last month or so. He shoots it really well from the 3-point line both off the dribble and the catch, knocking down 41% of his attempts from the arc so far this season.
