The four players we previewed in our original Inter-Ac POY post (Presented in alphabetical order below.) all remain strong candidates to win the award. However, over the last three months a few other prospects have played outstanding basketball and thrust themselves into the Inter Ac POY conversation.

Harken's stellar sophomore campaign has been well chronicled on this site. This stretch-4 prospect has developed into the No. 1 option at Malvern Prep and is averaging 19 points per night. Recently Harken exploded for 29 points (3 threes) in a win over Pennington School (NJ). In early January Harken splashed 4 triples on his way to 26 points as MP defeated Delaware powerhouse Salesianum. Harken's accurate thee-point shooting is complimented nicely by mid-range game as well as ability to overpower smaller defenders in the paint. Plus, Harken owns the speed, athleticism and finishing skills to produce points in transition.

During his breakout junior season, Kelly is posting 17 points per contest and has registered several double-doubles. Included in Kelly's list of double double performances is a fantastic 29 points (4 threes) and 13 rebounds game. Kelly's primary weapon is his watery jump shots which is automatic from every level. This lefty also excels in pick-n-roll action, can crash the offensive glass for put backs and score on dives to the rim. Plus, Kelly has the handle to put the ball on the deck at attack the rim.

Nolan came into the 2024-25 season with the reputation as a skilled “3&D” wing prospect. However, during his stellar senior season Nolan has proven to a much more complete player. In 2024-25 this Haverford College commit (D3) has proven that he can work as a secondary ball handler who can score off the dribble and facilitate for teammates. Nolan has improved his half-court scoring skills too. Plus, he can still lace threes and operate as a lock down defender. Currently Nolan is averaging 18.5 points per night. Back in December Nolan poured in 32 points on the strength of 6 made threes in a win over Curtis (NY). He also stroked 5 threes and posted 25 points overall against Malvern Prep.

This lefty is a walking bucket who should have been included in our preseason POY watch list article. Williams is a three-level scorer who can simply take over a game. But his impact on the game is not limited to just the scoring column as Williams does it all on the basketball court. He is beast on the glass and a standout defender. Plus, he can work as a pass first primary ball handler. His ability to grab a defensive rebound and then go end-to-end for a bucket or an assist is impressive. Williams is averaging 18.4 points per night and is committed to East Stroudsburg University (D2). Earlier this season he hung 33-points (5 threes) in a win over Haverford School.
