McCarthy also posted a stat line of 17 points (3 triples) and 10 rebounds in EA’s defeat of Gilman (MD).

As a junior McCarthy averaged 14.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4 assists per game. That stat line earned him a 2^nd Team All-Inter-Ac nod after last season. For 2024-25 McCarthy has ascended to the No.1 option at EA, so we are expecting an even bigger senior campaign from this FGCU commit. McCarthy is a two-way floor general who can handle the rock, score, distribute, and play tenacious defense. The development in McCarthy’ scoring skills over the last six months has been remarkable.
