Prediction. Correct. We picked the Storm by two, they won 81-76. [player_tooltip player_id='2575638' first='Izayah' last='Cook'] had a team high 26 while [player_tooltip player_id='1579917' first='Keller' last='Hanson'] scored 25 leading the Storm to the victory. [player_tooltip player_id='2118449' first='Mason' last='Witt'] had a game high 31 points but Alex was short [player_tooltip player_id='1572690' first='Chase' last='Thompson'] after his injury last Saturday.

Prediction. Correct. We said BSM in a close game win, they won in a blowout 74-51. Northern Iowa signed [player_tooltip player_id='1572689' first='Jalen' last='Wilson'] scored 21 playing in front of UNI assistant Gameli Ahelegbe while TJ Stuttley had 19. BSM continues it's hot start.

1AAA Totino-Grace at 8AAAA Farmington

Prediction. WRONG. We said TG by nine and it was Farmington by seven. We thought guards would have the edge of size, and TG did get 30 from [player_tooltip player_id='1574227' first='Chace' last='Watley'], but 6'6 [player_tooltip player_id='2759772' first='Marshall' last='Gordon'] had 21 and 6'5 Nik Domier had 16 for the Tigers in the win.

4AA Annandale at 10AA Blake

Prediction. WRONG. Blake won this game 64-60 and it was 21 from [player_tooltip player_id='2118459' first='Carson' last='McMichael'] plus a combined 31 from the frontcourt pair [player_tooltip player_id='1585946' first='Omar' last='Kaba'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1586877' first='Ian' last='Schnabel']. Blake knocked off a top team in Class AA justifying that ranking and they are likely to move up!

9AA Belle Plaine at 6AA Waseca

Prediction. Correct. We picked the winner correctly but we had no idea Waseca would blast Belle Plaine 85-56 improving to the fastest 5-0 in the state. There are no stats anywhere save the score which is a monster stat.

In name only, seeing that New Ulm - who lost so much - beat Mankato West is a pretty big upset. Sophomore Levi Hopp had 16 to lead New Ulm. It does need to be noted that I do not see [player_tooltip player_id='1574219' first='Kyle' last='Steinke'] in the box score so you do have to wonder if he was hurt or injured.
