Early favorite for Player of the Year? Big wins for Orono led by big numbers from Nolan.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1286547' first='Sam' last='Hondl'] of Albany (Sr). In a top five game for Class AA, Sam scored 33 points pushing his name ahead of others for Class AA Player of the Year early in the year.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2126117' first='Malachi' last='Hill'] of Totino-Grace (Soph). Hill's attacking game is very strong right now. As the full team gets all together these guards are going to be a huge problem (with Chase Watley).</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Second Team</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1579918' first='Hudson' last='Omoke'] of Sauk Rapids-Rice (Sr). Scoring, rebounding, defending, everything, this was the best game I saw Hudson play as he led SRR over Breck.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1434127' first='Norbu' last='Jenpa'] of Prior Lake (Sr). Norbu might be the most consistent big producer that doesn't grab all the headlines. As consistent as they come. Huge win for Cherry, Noah led the way for the top team in state. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
