Norbu has been the go-to scorer for Prior Lake all season long, and in a pair of wins against Chanhassen and Minnetonka last week, that remained the case. In both games he led the team in scoring, combining for 42 points to lead his team to the section finals. Norbu has the ability to get to his spots off the dribble and connect on pull-up jumpers, but can also get his shots within the flow of the offense. He’s a catch and shoot threat from three, cuts hard off the ball, and is tough to stop when he gets out into transition. One thing that sticks out is how intentional he is with his dribbles. When he gets the ball he knows where he wants to get, and if the lane isn’t there he’s going to keep the ball moving.

Norbu Jenpa Norbu Jenpa 6'4" | SG Prior Lake | 2025 State MN – Jenpa is the leader of a deep Prior Lake Lakers team as he is averaging 20 points per game so far. Jenpa has 4 games so far making multiple 3-pointers in games. He has deep range and looks very comfortable letting it fly spotted up. Jenpa plays mostly as a secondary ball handler and works in the shooting guard/small forward spots. Jenpa was recently named to the MN Mr. Basketball watchlist.

Norbu is a big reason why Prior Lake has been so good through the first half of the season. He certainly has the green light from his team to go out and get a bucket, and against Apple Valley the 6’4 senior showcased a smooth pull-up game from mid-range and three. The type of player who you have to keep a hand up at all times when guarding, as he’s not afraid to hit a shot right in your face. Scored 24 points on Monday against Apple Valley, and has been averaging 20.9 on the season.
