<p>Next up for the <em>Class of 2026</em> is a positional breakdown for the <em>Power Forwards</em>. One of the stronger positional groups in the region, a total of seven <em>Power Forwards</em> are ranked within the <em>Top 25</em> in our latest update.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2341271' first='Sebastian' last='Wilkins']</strong> continues to hold the <strong><em>#1</em></strong> ranking, not only at the position, but in the entire class. The <em>Brewster Academy</em> forward is a <em>Top 50</em> prospect nationally and shines with his versatility on both ends of the floor. He's an ultra-switchable defender, capable of guarding any spot on the floor, and makes an impact on the offensive end of the floor as a multi-level scorer that displays next level athleticism.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1532462' first='Vincent' last='Osazee']</strong> checks in at <strong><em>#2</em></strong> amongst all <em>Power Forwards</em>, while holding the <strong><em>#6</em></strong> spot overall in the class. The <em>Reason Prep</em> forward is an explosive athlete that can take over a game around the rim. He's a gifted slasher that converts in the half-court and in transition around the rim, that is becoming more of a shot creator as of late. He's also a versatile defender that can really protect the rim from the help side.</p>

<p>Costello, a 6'9" stretch forward at the <em>Newman School</em>, profiles as arguably the top stretch forward in this class. He does a great job of running off screens, playing out of the trailer spot, and sliding to open windows off of drives; allowing him to consistently be a threat as a shooter. He's added strength, can score as a cutter off the ball, and does a nice job of finishing around the rim as an offensive rebounder.</p>

<p>The 6'7" athletic forward at <em>CATS Academy</em> is a swiss army knife, capable of impacting a game in a variety of ways. He's always been a strong rim finisher, able to get into the paint off the bounce and finish with power, but now he's rounded out his game and provides a floor spacing element from behind the arc. He's an ultra-versatile defender, capable of locking down opposing wings and making a huge impact on the defensive glass.</p>

<p>Jacobsen, a 6'10" big man out of <em>Brewster Academy</em>, does a nice job of scoring with his back to the basket, showing the ability to hold his ground and turn over either shoulder to finish with soft touch. He's also proven to be a high level facilitator, moving the ball quickly and finding cutters out of the low post. Defensively, he takes up space in the paint, doesn't get pushed off his spot, and can alter shots around the rim.</p>

<p>A 6'7" forward from <em>Cheshire Academy</em>, Pryor shines on the defensive end of the floor with his versatility. He can guard in the low post or cover on the perimeter in switches, he's athletic and long enough to protect the rim, and also does a good job of cleaning up on the glass. Offensively, he runs the floor hard in transition, scores as a cutter at the rim, and can even put the ball on the floor for a couple dribbles to create his own shot.</p>

<p>Clarke, a 6'6" forward who plays at the <em>Brooks School</em>, is a high IQ big man that plays within himself while making good decisions on both ends of the floor. He can operate as a roll man or pop guy in ball screens, showing the ability to score through contact at the rim or knock down an occasional three pointer. Defensively, he does a good job of communicating from the back line, is a physical rebounder, and can defend opposing posts without fouling.</p>

<p>A 6'5" forward at <em>Notre Dame-West Haven</em>, Krygier is a bouncy athlete that excels finishing around the rim both as a driver and cutter. He has a college ready frame allowing him to play through contact as a finisher and driver, does a nice job of making decisions off the bounce, and can score in the mid-range off his pull up game. Defensively, he can guard four positions, is a tough post defender, and does a great job of rebounding in traffic.</p>

<p>Samuels, one of the <em>MIAA's</em> most athletic forwards at <em>Franklin</em>, does a great job of providing a presence around the rim on both ends of the floor. He's a high level shot blocker that utilizes his length and athleticism to contest and alter shots in the paint. He can turn defensive rebounds into transition offense, showing the ability to operate as a ball handler in transition. He's even added the ability to knock down jumpers in catch and shoot situations.</p>

<p>At 6'5", Carey provides <em>Amherst Regional</em> with an interior presence that can operate as the hub of an offense. He's an above the rim athlete that can really get out and make plays in transition, does a nice job of creating off the bounce from the top of the key, and finishes in traffic with either hand. Defensively, he can guard multiple positions, is disruptive in passing lanes leading to easy run-outs, and can protect the rim as an off ball shot blocker.</p>
