Flanking Toure for Notre Dame, Krygier was consistently effective throughout the contest, taking advantage of a smaller and slimmer Inglewood lineup to impose his will on the offensive end. The Sacred Heart commit finished with 18 points, the majority coming in the form of momentum-swinging second half plays. A mismatch forward, Krygier used his size, strength, and athleticism to attack the rim with fervor but also showed his versatility while stepping out to knock down three of his four attempts from long range. It was a marquee performance from Krygier on the big stage despite walking away with the loss.

Krygier, a senior forward out of Notre Dame High School West Haven, is one of the state’s top connectors, filling whatever role is needed to help his team win. He’s a capable, multi-level scorer that has proven to be a terrific perimeter shooter in catch and shoot situations. A plus athlete, he’s capable of playing through contact as a driver and finisher around the rim. On the other end of the floor, he’s a high level rebounder in traffic that also shows the ability to guard both on the perimeter and in the paint.

Krygier, a junior forward at Notre Dame-West Haven, has helped his team to a 15-1 record, currently ranking 2nd in Division 1. More of a combo forward, Krygier is an above the rim athlete that plays with a good motor. He’s really developed his perimeter jumper this winter, showing the ability to repeatedly knock down shots from behind the arc in catch and shoot situations. He’s a high IQ prospect that makes instinctive plays on both ends of the floor and can guard up and down a lineup with his combination of size, length, and strength. Notre Dame-West Haven is a favorite in a strong Division 1 and if they want to win it all, Krygier will be a key piece to the puzzle.
