Welcome to Robbie's Summer Notebook, a three-part series where I'll recap some of the best players (in different categories) that I got eyes on this summer. Of course, it's impossible to see every New England prospect, so the bolded part of that sentence is especially important.

Here is a list of the events I attended and scouted this summer: NEPSAC Showcase at Babson, NEPSAC Showcase at Avon Old Farms, All-Academic-Camp at Babson, Hall of Fame National Invitational, Zero Gravity Live Finale, Gold Standard X KB3 Elite Summer Draft League, Tufts Elite Camp, Babson Elite Camp, Brandeis Elite Camp, and Emmanuel Elite Camp.

To start off, let's look at the 7 guys I saw this summer with the highest ceiling! These are some of the players I saw who have the highest possibility of playing professionally.

Bol is a 7-footer in the class of 2027 who shows some workable-looking perimeter skills. Need I say more about his potential moving forward? Bol is clearly still developing physically, but even if he doesn't put on weight, he's still an incredibly intriguing prospect as a result of his height and skills. He's a great rim protector with good instincts and timing, and he's surprisingly switchable on that end as well. Offensively, Bol has shown a willingness and desire to play on the three-point line; it might not look polished right now, but it's frightening what he could look like down the road. Keep an eye on Bol, because he could be talked about as a unicorn at the professional level one day. He should be hearing from every high-major D1 coach with a pulse.

I can't help but see a lot of Cam Reddish when I'm watching [player_tooltip player_id='1106063' first='London' last='Jemison'] play. The 6-foot-8 wing is so smooth with the ball and glides down the court with the same sort of athleticism and movement patterns as Reddish. He's got a beautiful-looking shot release and the type of footwork that'll allow him to be a movement shooter at the next level. Defensively, Jemison can guard both shorter and taller players and moves really well for his size and length, much like Reddish does. I'm incredibly intrigued to see how Jemison's body develops, because the ceiling for him is truly endless if he continues to grow/get stronger.

Fowler's combination of size and shooting ability is simply too intriguing to leave him off this list. The 6-foot-7 wing is physically developed with solid length and athleticism; he can slide his feet well on defense and elevate well at the rim on offense. But shooting is where he's going to make his mark. He's got a gorgeous shot release that's quick, compact and accurate, and he can shoot in a variety of situations (off the catch, off the dribble, coming off screens, etc). Guys his size who can shoot like he can are highly sought after at the highest levels, and that's certainly in the range of outcomes for Fowler, who recently committed to James Madison University.

Chaudhri is a truly remarkable athlete. The way he glides down the court and elevates for finishes is special and he has the sort of physical profile that is turning the heads of high-major D1 coaches. Chaudhri is a good ball handler and shooter, but he's generally pretty raw offensively. Once he gets a better feel for the game — when to shoot, when to pass, how to quickly and effectively attack closeouts, how to slow down in the pick and roll — he could be a blue-chip prospect at the next level. The 6-foot-8 wing hasn't committed anywhere yet, and that's probably smart, because he'll likely have a big growth year.

Jenkins is a 6-foot-2 point guard in the class of 2026 who's well beyond his years in terms of feel and skill. He has an exceptionally deep ball handling bag and can finish very athletically at the rim with both hands. He also shoots it well from three, although some improvement from there — making his shot release quicker, mainly — should help him out even more as a short guard. Aside from these scoring skills, Jenkins has fantastic vision and can set his teammates up in a variety of ways. Defensively, he's strong on the ball and can really slide his feet. If Jenkins continues to get stronger (or, god forbid, grows a couple more inches), he could be an incredibly high level prospect.

Diakite is a 6-foot-9 big man who looks under-developed physically, which makes me think he might not even be done growing. He's got phenomenal athleticism for his size; he's a great leaper and doesn't need too much space to elevate, and he also runs the court like a gazelle. Diakite also showed an improving outside shot this summer, which only further increases his ceiling. Defensively, he has awesome instincts and a great motor, which are imperative for an undersized center like him. Sky's the limit for Diakite, who has heard from Uconn, Alabama, Michigan and others.

Maloney is a 6-foot-6 guard/wing in the class of 2027 who's got an intriguing blend of athleticism and skill. He can really elevate at the rim but also has the body control of someone well beyond his years. He's got good touch from the three-point line and in the paint, and generally a good feel for how to play in the lane. Continued growth will ultimately dictate what Maloney's ceiling is, but the sophomore could certainly still be getting taller, which is scary to think about.
