Nobody does content and event coverage like Prep Hoops. We flexed those muscles on Sunday as we welcomed in 150+ of the best freshmen in the state for our annual Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. Then, we hosted our inaugural Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp which featured 110+ prospects including half of our Top 25 ranked players. It was an outstanding turnout and a great pool of talent for our first time introducing the event. Over the next week or so our team of scouts at Prep Hoops Indiana will evaluating every player in attendance at both events. For this one, we look at Team 1.

***As you can imagine, trying to cover 110+ prospects in a single event is a very daunting task. Also, there always end up being a couple of jersey number discrepancies, so if you attended the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp and DID NOT receive an evaluation, please reach out to Brandon Ramsey via email coachbrandonramsey@gmail.com or on Twitter @BRamseyKSR.***

A 5'10" guard out of Noblesville High School, Fogg was one of several from the Millers program to attend our events on Sunday. He was at his best driving it downhill from the perimeter showing the ability to make multiple moves to get to the paint and then make plays for others. Fogg was tremendous as a drive-and-kick threat throughout the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.

Davis was a consistent playmaker in both 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 action as a very willing passer. He did a great job of making the extra pass whether it was in transition or at the end of his drives. Then, when he was in a position to score it himself, the North Central High School guard displayed creative finishing ability against size around the basket. He was an impressive all-around playmaker at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.

We've been aware of the McKee twins down at New Albany High School for awhile now and it was good to have them at our Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp to get a more intimate evaluation. Reece is the right-handed one of the two with a smooth pull-up jump shot that he had working consistently on Sunday. He made a couple of tough pull-up three-point shots and then would slice his way into the paint and finish at the basket. McKee is a talented all-around playmaker with the ball in his hands.

We got to know this Evansville North High School prospect over the summer as he was a consistent standout for Evansville Finest on the Prep Hoops Circuit. Pieterek played his way onto a couple of All-Tournament teams and was once again one that caught our attention at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. The talented guard does a great job of getting to the basket to score off of the dribble. Look for him to blossom into a role this winter at Evansville North.

Jefferson's length and athletic ability is what stood out the most on Sunday. He was excellent when running the floor in transition and was able to get a couple of easy buckets by simply out running the defense. The Ben Davis High School product has a chance to be very effective off of the throw ahead. Then, in the half court, he knocked down a pull-up three-point shot showing off a little bit of perimeter skill. He is an intriguing young prospect to keep an eye on.

We highlighted Craig as one of our Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp top performers immediately following the event. He was among the very best prospects in the gym on Sunday showcasing his dominant two-way ability on the perimeter. Craig has gotten even bigger and stronger since his freshman season and appears ready for a breakout sophomore campaign at Warren Central High School. He will be a borderline Top 10 prospect in the updated rankings in a few weeks.

Another one of the most physically impressive Class of 2027 backcourt prospects suited up for Team 3 at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. McKain has gotten even bigger since we last saw him and really dominated the opposition off of the dribble and finished consistently around the basket. A multi-sport standout at Boonville High School, look for McKain to have a big sophomore season and break into our expanded prospect rankings when we expand in a couple of weeks.

This 6'5"-6'6" forward from Forest Park High School made an instant impact as a freshman at the varsity level and then came to the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp to help gain some more traction around the state. He did a good job of exploiting mismatches as he would roll smaller defenders into the post or attack closeouts and slash to the basket against bigger opponents. Partenheimer has a unique, versatile skill set that is very intriguing as a long term prospect.

One longest, lankiest prospects in the gym on Sunday was this 6'7" forward/center from Guerin Catholic High School. Wall is still thin, but the length really makes him effective on the defensive end of the floor at the rim. He can come from off the ball to block shots and is starting to ramp up the physicality to bang around one-on-one in the post. His upside is exciting as his raw tools start to catch up with the obviously projectable frame. Wall showed some intriguing things at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.

A talented left-handed point guard from Westfield High School, Sumpter helped to run the show and facilitate the ball for Team 3. He displayed a tight handle, got into the paint consistently off of the dribble, and made plays for teammates numerous times. Then, as a scorer himself, he looked very comfortable from beyond the arc as a shooter. Sumpter is a high IQ guard with some true "floor general" qualities.
