of Guerin Catholic High School. Wall is a 6’8 power forward/center with a long and lanky frame and good mobility for his size. He plays for
D1 Indiana
P32 17U and has some real legit flashes as a playmaker in the post due to his length, bounce, and strong ability to finish. You can watch him in New Balance P32 League in Dallas this weekend.

There is so much potential to Wall’s game. We first saw him over a year ago when attending an open gym at Guerin Catholic and immediately noticed his long, lean, 6’7″-6’8″ frame. Now, the junior big man has packed on some muscle and is more confident as a finisher around the basket. He has good hands, runs the floor very well, and is bouncy at the rim. The junior class at Guerin is loaded, but Wall is an under-the-radar name in that class to keep an eye on over the next two seasons. He has as much long-term upside as anyone.

Wall is a wiry modern day big who is effective using his length on either end of the floor. He was very effective running the floor in transition. He has good timing when going up to alter shots and shag rebounds. I like how he never gave up and always found a way to convert scoring chances. Hoping that he can add some muscle to his frame which would only. make the game easier for him when he has to battle with space eating post players. He would be the ideal candidate for a reclass/repeat situation. He is tracking as a scholarship big with continued developments.

We got to see Wall play for the first time this spring on Friday night and his continued development was good to see. The young big man from Guerin Catholic High School moves very well for his size, is bouncy at the rim, and is getting more physical. Wall even knocked down a three-point shot from the trail spot in the game we watched. Definitely an intriguing long-term prospect to keep tabs on in the coming months.

There are so many talented prospects in the sophomore class at Guerin Catholic High School. We’ve covered several of them extensively and two are ranked inside of the Top 25 in the class. However, an under-the-radar name among the bunch is Alex Wall. The 6’7″ big man really stood out when we attended morning workouts at Guerin Catholic a couple of weeks back. His size and length stand out immediately, but there are some raw tools to work with around the basket. Wall is a high-upside prospect worth monitoring closely.

One longest, lankiest prospects in the gym on Sunday was this 6’7″ forward/center from Guerin Catholic High School. Wall is still thin, but the length really makes him effective on the defensive end of the floor at the rim. He can come from off the ball to block shots and is starting to ramp up the physicality to bang around one-on-one in the post. His upside is exciting as his raw tools start to catch up with the obviously projectable frame. Wall showed some intriguing things at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.
