Minnesota Freshmen Showcase: Top 5 HS Teams Represented

[player_tooltip player_id='2544137' first='Acaurii' last='Clark'] is an attacking guard that finished with regularity throughout the event. [player_tooltip player_id='2324359' first='Will' last='Arnold'] is another player that physically did things to help his team win. The Mustangs also have one of the better shooters and that is [player_tooltip player_id='2388674' first='Jonas' last='McCreary']. [player_tooltip player_id='2421013' first='Greyden' last='Udoka'] also played well at the camp and he's another Mounds View 2028. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Hopkins</strong>. Tre Moore was on the varsity last year and played a key role. We expect that role to increase this year and he should have a standout varsity career. Guard [player_tooltip player_id='2560512' first='Masai' last='Leonard'] is also quite talented and is going to be a Royals guard in the future as well. Moore and Leonard will make for a dangerous pair. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Totino-Grace</strong>. [player_tooltip player_id='1895712' first='Daniel' last='Zoa'] was the MVP at the camp and his outstanding finishing in bulk gave his team an edge at all points regardless if it was 3 on 3 or 5 on 5. Guard [player_tooltip player_id='2414516' first='Kaiden' last='Deveaux'] is another standout finisher that should have a solid career for the Eagles. [player_tooltip player_id='2380924' first='Jesse' last='Riziq'] has a chance to be one of the better big men prospects in the class and [player_tooltip player_id='2435230' first='Max' last='Riziq'] also had a good showing at the event. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>East Ridge</strong>. It started when we saw Ben Koch knock down jumpers at a regular rate. Guard Max Benson was another Raptor guard who also played really well at the event and should team with Koch to be a nice backcourt. [player_tooltip player_id='2382065' first='Blake' last='Jones'] is another good player in this class to keep note of. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>DeLaSalle</strong>. [player_tooltip player_id='2559428' first='Taaj' last='Whitlock'] looks to be their point guard of the future following in the footsteps of his brothers Nasir and Amir. Big man [player_tooltip player_id='2557528' first='Ichima' last='Idoko'] has a lot of potential and could be one of the better forwards/big men prospects in the class. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
