Class of 2026 Risers Top 50

PH NorCal has updated the Class of 2026 Rankings. This group of prospects played their way into the top 50.    Powe makes his way into the top 50 after sharpening his skill set with Arsenal 16 throughout the Spring and Summer. He's a long guard/forward/wing with range and confidence to knock down open 3's. He has the handles and moves to get his own shots, using hard, sometimes quick dribbles for mid-range, and paint jumpers. He's thin, but tough taking it into the paint unafraid of contact. He's a hard defender with length to cover ground. (97 to 40)     Long with good movement, he's raised his level of confidence. He'll be a contributor in different ways logging quality minutes this season. He's a quality defender using his length, and foot speed to defend out on the perimeter, his hops will help get rebounds. He's a court runner who'll finish in transition, above the rim. His improved handles gives him the chance to take defenders off the dribble. (72 to 44)     When he trims his body, gets better conditioned his stock can go higher. He's strong, does good work in the post. When balanced he's hard to stop. He's an excellent passer from the high and low post. He can use a dribble or two to attack, or back to the basket, turn and use power to put points on the board. He has a paint jumper, plays under control. He's a double, double at this level. (112 to 45)     He was getting work done under the radar, not anymore. He has good foot speed and movements on the court. He does a little bit of everything, excellent court runner, finishes in transition. He has decent handles to attack, and finish in the paint from the sides, he'll hit the short pull up jumper. He's a good defender, and will get his share of rebounds. We'll see more. (66 to 46)     We've seen him mostly as a solid body strong defender who plays hard and scraps for rebounds. Until recently we've seen some improvement in his offensive development. He might be a slasher and cutter who finishes strong at the rim, he showed he'll put up a corner 3, and a few dribbles to attack the paint from the baseline. (92 to 47)     We don't see Martin often, but when we do he reminds us that he's one of the better guards in the Stockton Area. He's a quality combo guard with a good skill set to produce buckets in different ways. He plays under control. At 6'3 he can work his way around the post area (not posting up) with a good touch around the rim. Make no mistake he's a guard with guard skills. (57 to 48)     He's a prospect we don't see much of from the Sacramento Area. We saw him at Cali-Live with his high school team. He helped his team make a deep run in the play-offs last season. He's a quick guard with handles to generate buckets from different angles, he ain't shy about going to get a bucket, and putting up a 3. He's quick on the defensive side with hand and feet generating turnovers. He led his high school team in scoring 18.8ppg 3.4stl, 3.8a. We'll see more.     He's a long wiry sharp shooter, who'll drop 3's from all angles on the court. He could get hot, consistency is key for him. Has he taken steps to improve his play on the defensive side of the ball, we'll see. His long wingspan takes up passing lanes, he'll distract, and deflect on shooters running out with his long arms up.
