Heading into September's rankings updates and other discourse on social, it seemed like a good time to put out our own list of prospects from across the state, regardless of class. It factors in production and POTENTIAL. Because the 2028s haven't officially played in games that mattered, this is just 2027-2025.

#25 [player_tooltip player_id='2438159' first='Aydin' last='Scott'] | 6'5 W/F 2026 St. Mark'sStill a bit of an unknown for many upstate, Scott is on the cusp of a breakout season. This summer he emerged on the radar as a run-and-jump wing with flashes of skill creating for himself from the perimeter.

#24 [player_tooltip player_id='2364771' first='Vince' last='Evans III'] | 5'10 G 2026 Seaford

Although he did play during the grassroots season, Evans III remains a talented prospect. At Philly Live he shook off the rust and proved to still be an explosive scorer and playmaker with the ball in his hands.

#23 [player_tooltip player_id='2358358' first='Marice' last='Kilgoe'] | 6'1 G 2026 Smyrna

The two-way guard really made strides as an off-ball scorer, knocking down threes and slashing as a secondary creator. That plus his point-of-attack defense give him a very high floor.

#22 [player_tooltip player_id='2364699' first='Masen' last='Price'] | 6'4 G/W 2027 St. Elizabeth

Price spent the majority of the summer refining his game, rather than playing AAU. He's still more prospect than player, but he'll have ample opportunities to hit corner threes and showcase his off-ball defense as a sophomore.

#21 [player_tooltip player_id='2352458' first='Bryson' last='Lane'] | 6'1 G 2026 Howard

Far from a one-trick pony, Lane has a special skill that would get him on the floor almost anywhere. His prowess and production as a versatile three-point shooter travels and traverses levels.

#20 [player_tooltip player_id='2364685' first='Jameson' last='Tingle'] | 6'3 G/W 2027 Cape Henlopen

Tingle plays bigger than his size would indicate because of his feel, mental processing, and physicality. If/when he locks in on hoops, he'll be as promising of a long-term prospect as anyone in his class.

#19 [player_tooltip player_id='2365471' first='Dominic' last='Downs'] | 6'4 W/F 2026 Salesianum

Hanging his hat on the three-ball, Downs is as good a shooter as anyone in the state. And while that will keep him on the floor for Sallies, he has some untapped connective passing that could raise the team's ceiling.

#18 [player_tooltip player_id='2352451' first='Latrell' last='Wright'] | 5'10 G 2026 Salesianum

Wright is feeling his way through the shifting his approach to that of a table setter who happens to be a bucket too. He's gotten better each year so producing in his new role is only a matter of time.

#17 [player_tooltip player_id='2352348' first='Kaleb' last='Ra'ifa'] | 5'11 G 2025 Appoquinimink

Arguably the most polished scorer in Delaware, Ra'ifa can simply pick his spot wherever and get to it. In addition to the defense, he's also becoming a more cerebral player.

#16 [player_tooltip player_id='2364703' first='A'zir' last='Ellegood'] | 5'10 G 2027 Sanford

While Ellegood is still getting his bearings as a primary initiator at the high school level, he did turn up on the UAA circuit as a second side shotmaker. An aggressive defender too, expect to see some early returns on his potential.
