Price made the move up from Delaware to the gauntlet of the PCL last year, and it’s fair to say he got lost in the shuffle at times while coming off the bench for an experienced, guard-heavy Bonner-Prendie teams that had eyes on a Catholic League title. The First State native will get a reset this year in more of a featured role at Friends Select, where he’ll get a chance to showcase the natural scoring ability that first put him on the map as an underclassman back home at St. Elizabeth’s. A rangy complementary guard, Price had positive stretches as a shotmaker for K-Low Elite ‘s 17U group on the Adidas circuit this summer and looked to be playing with a good deal of healthy confidence during the June scholastic periods with the Falcons. He should have a good opportunity to re-establish some momentum on the recruiting trail with two years remaining to make an impression on college coaches.

Price has nice positional at the two guard spot. He uses his length to be in driving and passing lanes and finds ways to collect steals. He is able to guard multiple positions. Price shows some flashes as a scorer but is mostly known for his ability to be a glue guy. He continues to progress as time goes on.

Another prospect making the move up from the First State into the Philly Catholic League, Price comes via St. Elizabeth’s and has a chance to slot in immediately to a Bonner lineup looking to continue climbing the standings. A lengthy guard with an evolving frame and strong scoring instincts, he should add further punch to a Friar backcourt with multiple scholarship prospects already among its 2027 class. Price is a dynamic shooter who can get hot off the catch from deep or with a polished pullup arsenal in the midrange, playing with a high-motor on either end of the floor using his wiry strength and budding athleticism to make plays in the floor game. Young for his grade, he could emerge as a scholarship-level prospect as he continues sharpening his game amidst the gauntlet of PCL competition.

Another young prospect with clear long-term upside, Price is a key swing piece for the Vikings as they look to avenge last year’s semifinal loss. A microwave scorer off the bench, he has a real nose for finding the bucket, building his game around a smooth high-release shooting stroke that should translate seamlessly as he moves up in levels. Far from a one-trick pony, Price also shows some polish and quickness attacking closeouts or pressuring the rim in transition, with length and athleticism to finish in traffic. As the game slows down for him and he becomes more consistent in his contributions, look for Price to begin catching the eye of scholarship-level programs.

Liked the sense of urgency and pace when he initiated the fast break off a steal or outlet and he made good reads as a play-maker in that setting that can finish through contact at the rim or kick out to his shooters. The fluidity of his pull-up jumper from the midrange stood out as he knocked down jumpers with the breathing space that defenders gave him after scoring at the rim several times.
