SF [player_tooltip player_id='2419749' first='Evan' last='Abbott'] (Centennial)
The move: 11 to 6

Abbott had a great spring and summer playing both with Centennial and with [program_tooltip program_id='2270834' first='Iowa' last='United'], showcasing his ability to fill it up from anywhere on the floor in the blink of an eye. He has an outstanding mid-range game, knowing how to get to his spots both off the dribble and quality off-ball movement, and he has really improved over the last 6-8 months as a ball-handler and shot creator, seemingly gaining more confidence every time I see him play. He has good size and length, and he could lead the Jaguars in scoring as a sophomore.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='2297904' first='Gage' last='Chance'] (Albia)
The move: 32 to 17

Chance just continues to grow, now the tallest of the Chance boys that have come through Albia. He's a 6-5 guard who can play with or without the ball in his hands, has impressive feel, strength, and athleticism, and he put together a great summer with the Iowa Barnstormers. He looks like he's primed to have a breakout sophomore year with the Blue Demons.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='2420802' first='Audric' last='Pelzer'] (Norwalk)
The move: 42 to 22

Pelzer put together a solid spring with Norwalk and [program_tooltip program_id='2075630' first='Martin' last='Brothers'], showing that he can play with or without the ball. He shoots it at a high clip off both the dribble and the catch, and as a ball-handler he's always under control and finding his teammates for quality looks. He'll stick his nose in on the glass and is an active team defender.

PF [player_tooltip player_id='2420789' first='Emerson' last='Bridgewater'] (Madrid)
The move: 56 to 43

Bridgewater is a mobile, athletic 6-4/6-5 big man with soft hands, a bit of a face-up game, rim protection, and he's a great rebounder. His ability to defend multiple positions as well as step out and occasionally stretch the floor will be huge for a Tigers team that will be among the best in Class 1A this season.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2420807' first='JJ' last='Seay'] (Des Moines North)
The move: 59 to 44

Seay didn't play a ton of varsity minutes for the Polar Bears as a freshman, but in going back to watch some of his tape, there are definitely some things to get excited about. He has a tremendous first step that he uses to blow by defenders, and he does a nice job playing with pace, changing speeds to keep the defense off balance. He handles it really well and is a talented passer and playmaker.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='2420805' first='Dylan' last='Schon'] (Kuemper Catholic)
The move: 71 to 49

A long, rangy defender, Schon does a great job utilizing his length to his advantage on the defensive end, getting up into passing lanes and turning his defense into quick and easy offense for Kuemper. He's a great rebounder from his perimeter spot, finishes well around the rim, and is improving as a ball-handler and shot creator. He figures to be a big part of the Knights rotation as a sophomore, providing some versatility on both ends of the floor .

SG [player_tooltip player_id='2420798' first='Griffin' last='Glynn'] (Kuemper Catholic)
The move: 68 to 54

Glynn didn't see a ton of action as a freshman for the Knights, but stepped in when he was called upon and made an impact. Look for him to be a much larger part of the rotation this year after a strong spring and summer. A skilled guard who can provide secondary ball-handling and playmaking, he attacks the rim relentlessly and can finish through contact well. He shoots it well off the catch, and is a tough guard who doesn't mind sticking his nose in on the glass and rebounding on both ends of the floor.
