King played a bit of a different role than I had grown used to seeing him with at the high school level on Wednesday. Playing as a slashing guard looking to attack closeouts, King was playing off the ball a majority of the time he was on the court. He still found ways to be effective as he knocked down one corner 3 off the catch and also did a nice job attacking closeouts. With soft touch, King had a couple mid-range shots that touched every part of the rim before falling in. With his stronger frame, King drew a couple fouls in the paint to get to the foul line. Committed to Hargrave for a post grad year, King should get some solid recruiting attention as a reclass to 2025.

Waide stood out for a Team Indiana squad that qualified for the 3SSB tournament by posting an impressive Adidas Gold record. Waide's impact was providing downhill slashing and energy off the bench. Able to set the table but also provide rim pressure, Waide had a stretch in the second half where he had an and-1 off a sweep and go, an acrobatic layup off a hesitation move, knocked down two 3-pointers and had a transition layup. That stretch in the second half flipped a near double-digit deficit into almost a double-digit win.

Henry made a big impact in his team's victory as he had some flashes offensively that really caught my eye. The highlight of the game came when Henry pump-faked and attacked from the top of the key before throwing down a monster slam dunk. Henry also attacked off the bounce under control and finished off two feet. With a strong frame, I expect Henry to be very intriguing for scholarship programs in July as he already holds offers to St Francis and IU East.

Greenberg came out the gates scorching from 3-point range, scoring I believe 18 of his team's first 29 points on Wednesday. Making a ton of 3's off the catch, Greenberg's most impressive bucket was a no dip 3-pointer from the corner. Also finishing at the rim with his left hand, I liked the amount of energy Greenberg played with.

Midwest Pumas qualified thanks to a strong Adidas Gold record. While their stellar point guard play is usually what gets publicized about their group, I thought Hoerner was excellent on Wednesday. One of the more skilled bigs in Ohio's 2025 class, Hoerner was able to work with his back to the basket and score in the paint. Also showing me some new skills as he made a couple 3-pointers and attempted a few more. I had previously seen Hoerner stretch the court from the 15-18 foot range with confidence, but the amount of volume he shot from beyond the arc was a new note for me. Expect Hoerner to get a lot of attention from regional scholarship programs.

Perkins played probably the best game I have ever seen him play on Wednesday night as MR22 got a nice win to wrap up the evening. The additions of Perkins and Cj Collins both played key roles in their win. Not only did Perkins knock down shots from the outside, but he also made some nifty passes in the pick and roll and in transition. After struggling offensively in their morning game, it was nice to see MR22 find a rhythm on that end and put the ball in the basket on a consistent basis.
