Bibbs is primed for a great high school career both on the hardwood and the football field for Jeffersonville. He seemed extremely coachable in Midwest Spartans 14U matchups, which could take him far. His on-court attributes, however, were even more promising. His hustle and instincts helped him clean up broken plays down the stretch. He also finished strong at the rim and controlled the boards on both ends of the court for his squad. Most impressive above all was Bibbs' advanced patience and footwork in the post. He found success in deception, often times using tools like pump fakes to shift the defense and finish plays.

More often than not, Lindsay was the best athlete on the court in Mavericks Basketball Club's 14U matchups this past weekend. He did a little of everything for his team and made the game look easy at times. Defensively, he found a lot of success with running through passing lanes to create fast break opportunities, and he was also active on the boards. Lindsay's rebounding extended to the other end of the court as well where he created second chance opportunities. His ability to get to the lane off the dribble and either finish through contact or find an open man was impressive. He was also able to knock down shots beyond the arc, even in transition. He's a lefty with very fluid shooting mechanics.

Agile and appearing to be at least 6'5", Haker was one of the most intriguing prospects in the building regardless of class at the Derby City Duel. Still young and growing, his body will have to adjust to his potential over the next few years but that didn't sway his effectiveness this past weekend. His ability to run the floor in hurry using long strides to beat his opponent immediately stood out. As expected, he found a lot of success with altering shots at the rim and imposing his will on the boards. Haker's accurate passing, however, was an unexpected skill that resulted in a notable amount of offense for his squad.

Long term, Wolfe has a lot of potential. He should be eyeing a varsity spot with New Albany next season given the significant level of production the Bulldog's will lose to graduation. He flashed some good attributes at the Derby City Duel, including a high of level of physicality on the boards. He also played strong through contact around the rim and pulled out some crafty finishing abilities. His combination of size, speed, and strength makes for an intriguing prospect.

Murphy did a little bit of everything for Demi Rayn's 13U squad which played up in the 14U division at the Derby City Duel. Lack of personnel at times meant that Murphy had to fulfill a lot of point guard duties and his production while doing so was impressive. Facilitating the offense meant that he couldn't score as much as usual but his ability to set his teammates up for success proved to be more valuable down the stretch. He also showcased advanced defensive instincts. He consistent effort in jumping passing lanes created a lot of fast break opportunities over the weekend.

Up to at least 6'3" now, King has a lot of potential on the hardwood. Having just turned 14-years-old a few months ago, he's young for his class which means there could be a big jump in his development once he catches up to the speed of the game. Despite his age, King was the most physically threatening prospect for Hoop Smart's 15U squad. His defense in the paint was effective, and he moved well without the ball on the other end of the court. Interesting prospect to keep an eye on as he develops.
