Our top ranked player in the 2027 class, Mack-Russell was one of the most efficient scorers at the 15 U level according to synergy data from spring 3SSB play. He showed exactly why on Tuesday morning with a productive outing in the paint. Able to get to his spots at the rim, Mack-Russell had a dunk where he trailed the play and was able to get a couple putback layups at the rim. His perimeter shot was inconsistent and shortening a slow release should be an area of focus in the offseason for Mack-Russel. Already holding four division I offers including Cincinnati and Washington, expect college coaches to make an effort to check out Phenom United 15 U this weekend.

Phillips played the best I've seen him perform on Tuesday morning. A high energy wing with length, Phillips has the tools to be an impact defender. Phillips scored off attacking closeouts, offensive rebounds and even knocked down a couple jumpers. I also liked that Phillips started the fast break after rebounds by throwing the ball ahead and streaked down the court when his teammates g secured the basketball. A wing to watch in Cincinnati's 2027 class.

This was really my first chance to watch Harrison and I left impressed. An undersized point guard, Harrison makes up for it with quickness and pace. Also knocked down a couple perimeter jumpers, Harrison made shots off the catch and dribble. Despite his size, I also thought Harrison did a nice job competing defensively. Finally, Harrison made some quick decisions in the pick and roll, getting the ball to the roll man on time.

I loved watching Bell compete on both ends Tuesday morning. One of the highest motors in the 2027 class, Bell simply makes plays that help you win basketball games. A strong frame for his age, Bell was guarding taller players and holding his own in the paint. An excellent rebounder as well, Bell goes hard after loose balls. The big swing skill for Bell will be his perimeter shot and he made a couple time and space 3-pointers. If Bell can do this consistently he will improve his ceiling as a prospect.

Gunther was efficient from the perimeter and he did a nice job splitting time on and off the ball. One of the most skilled guards in the 2027 class, Gunther can run off screens and hit spot-ups or create off the dribble. Already holding multiple Division I offers, Gunther has established himself as one of the top point guards in Ohio's 2027 class and has helped drive an elite offense for Wildcat Select 15 U.
