With each session broken down into four game slots, we chose our favorite ones from each session and previewed them here. Check out our teams and players to watch on Friday the 28th.
Afternoon Session
Leesville Road and Mount Tabor square off in an interesting clash that has college level guys sprinkled all over the floor.

will continue to throw up gaudy numbers as a perimeter shotmaker that continues to impress for Grassroots NC on the travel ball circuit.

is another guy who is super active on the wing, and a late bloomer that has had a good travel ball season so far. He could become a big time secondary threat next year for the Pride.
When it comes to Mount Tabor,

will continue to lead the charge as a dynamic two sport athlete, but

are frontcourt names that are quickly becoming more and more important to the team’s success next year. Both guys are active rebounders and interior threats that are hard to contain and put a body on, which will be key to their team success this year.

NC
is another kid who is a high IQ guard in the backcourt, and will be playmaking and providing his unique blend of hustle and toughness, allowing him to post stat-sheet stuffing games. Should be a fun contest to watch but I expect Tabor to come out on top in the end.
Evening Session
Bishop McGuinness and AC Reynolds provides a fun conclusion to the first day of camp with some fun talent to watch. McGuinness will not be at quite the same level they’ve been the past few summers, but
Nicholas Graves

Bishop Mcguinness | 2025

are two 2025s that should step up and lead the group this year. Graves is a smart, quick decision-making guard with pretty good size, and Waterfield is an active wing who continues to get better at scoring the ball and knocking down jumpers.
Patrick Graves

will continue to operate in a similar manner to his brother, while
Thomas Thompson

should hopefully take a big leap with his athleticism and raw size, where he has the potential to blossom into a big time prospect. Guys like Arom Chop (6’4 2026) and Bryce Chapman (6’2 2027) could be ready to make an impact at the varsity level too.
Declan Brown

has been playing good spring basketball with Big Shots Elite, and continues to be a college level guy with his size as a off-ball guard or wing, combined with his scoring ability at multiple spots.
Grant Clayton

is also a very high IQ big, continuing to improve as a post scorer and a rebounder, but should be a big time player where McGuinness doesn’t have a ton of size they can throw on him consistently.
Kaelan Gilliland

is another guy to check out as he handles the ball well and will continue to run some of the lead guard duties for the Rockets. It should be a competitive game, and I could see either team coming out on top.
