Last weekend we went over to the Big Shots Rock The Rock event and enjoyed some great hoops as teams got ready for the live period! We already talked about the backcourt standouts but now it's time for the front-court! Without further delay, let's take a look at the standouts!

Solheim did a really good job for this [program_tooltip program_id='2227286' first='Team' last='Loaded South'] 16u group as a forward that blends his high skill level with his activity to provide a ton of production for this group. On the offensive end, Solheim is consistently crashing the glass and earning extra possessions for his team, often finishing them himself. Solheim is comfortable making decisions with the basketball as he's really good in short roll situations. He's got the ability to make outside shots as well, only making him a more versatile player. Solheim plays with a super high level of activity at all times and that is exactly what was on display in Rock Hill last weekend. He looks good with this new group and is hopefully used as more of a feature option in the front-court because his game on full display will lead to more and more coaches reaching out soon.

We recently ranked [player_tooltip player_id='2743619' first='Xavier' last='Hall'] as the top 2028 in North Carolina and it's easy to see why when viewing. Hall is a possesses supreme physical gifts with his 6'10" frame, long arms, and elite hands. Despite his size, he's mobile enough to recover defensively and doesn't get abused on the perimeter like one would think. He anchors the defense, secures many rebounds for his team, and on the offensive end he's a quality low post option. He does his best work in the dunker spot where he catches everything and finishes with purpose above the rim. Hall is still getting faster in his movement and developing his touch beyond the rim but there is so much to like early on for the young big man from NC.

Smith did a really good job for [program_tooltip program_id='2220892' first='Team' last='United'] 16u this weekend in Rock Hill by imposing his will with his strength and putting himself in the right spot amongst these other talented players. Smith does an incredible job of making himself available in the half-court where he uses his blend of strength and touch to produce at a high level. Smith is comfortable operating from multiple levels on the offensive end as he has the outside touch to keep a defense honest. He's also showing more explosion vertically when under the rim on the offensive end. Smith is a proven winner and showing he can be super impactful while not always being the primary source of offense for a team.

Chapman really showed his ability this past weekend as a versatile forward that can play inside/out and dominate the glass for his team. Chapman brings a ton of energy and activity to the floor every time we see him, allowing this team to get extra possessions and provide a ton of resistance defensively to the opposition. Chapman can play inside/out which really allows him to exploit mismatches off the dribble. A classic too big for guards, too skilled for bigs guy that is also willing to do all of the dirty work to get the job done for his team. Chapman should find himself garnering more recruiting momentum as the spring/summer continue to play out.

Sarnowska is an unsigned senior that plays with true maximum effort at all times for [program_tooltip program_id='2078512' first='NC' last='Spartans']. Sarnowska brings a blend of scoring, rebounding, and playmaking as his effort and IQ shine bright. He's constantly getting put backs, acting as a connector at both ends of the floor, and bringing loud/contagious energy to his team that is impossible to ignore. Sarnowska possesses some outside touch as well to keep a defense honest but does his best work in the in-between area where he has great touch on his floaters and flip shots inside the lane. Sarnowska is simply an asset to any team he suits up for as he can help in so many ways and immediately ups the energy standard for your group.

Parker did a really good job for [program_tooltip program_id='2220892' first='Team' last='United'] 16u this past weekend as a threat in transition and a disruptor defensively. He's more of a wing than a true front-court piece but he did so many things well on the interior while showing flashes of perimeter skill. Parker is such a weapon in transition as he's comfortable handling in the open floor but also runs the wing with purpose and he's super coordinated as a finisher in traffic with a head of steam. Parker has great touch in the mid-range and becoming more consistent from deep. Look for Parker to really shine and cement himself as one of the top players in 2029 in both North Carolina and America.
