One of the youngest players in Ohio's 2025 class, Holley is still developing but making strides rapidly and becoming a consistent producer against other top talent. A player who has made a leap as a perimeter shooter, Holley knocked down a handful of perimeter shots on Saturday morning. While he's making more shots from the perimeter, I still think Holley is at his best when he's attacking the rim off the dribble and crashing the offensive glass. With his high school team he needs to be the primary scorer but I also love the rebounding and physicality he plays with at the grassroots level. With his frame and athleticism, Holley makes impact defensive plays and had some big blocked shots as a secondary rim protector. With his age and trajectory, Holley will have a chance to be a Division I player when it's all said and done. In today's current recruiting climate, it might take a JUCO, post grad or redshirt year before he makes that jump but Holley has the natural ability to play at that level.

I've watched Shaker a few times and Saturday was his most productive outing I've seen. A wing forward who moves his feet well and has some defensive versatility, Shaker can defend a few different types of players. Saturday was also the best I've seen Shaker shoot the ball on the perimeter, making shots off the catch. If he's able to space the floor with his size, it'll allow the Blue Devil guards the space to drive and score in the paint. I also thought Shaker showed some high IQ with a couple nice passes and cuts. I expect Shaker to make himself a nice target for regional Division III programs.

One of the most storied programs in Ohio, I caught Saint Edward for the first time since January in search of some new names. Murray was the prospect who caught my eye the most with a good frame and size for his age. Scoring the ball in the paint efficiently with easy layups thanks to ball movement from their guards, Murray made himself available to catch and finish. I also was impressed when Murray made a backdoor cut to score after a dribble drive by a guard teammate. With his size and skill, Murray looks like a very intriguing prospect who could standout at multiple sports for the Eagles.

Few teams play as hard as the Blue Streaks do as they looked comfortable in their hometown with a senior trio that's played a ton of basketball together. I thought Bonner was their most productive guy in the game I caught with his energy being the difference in the paint. With his length, activity and athleticism, Bonner is an impact defender who can jump passing lanes, block shots and pressure ball handlers. Not known as a shooter, Bonner knocked down a pair of 3-pointers which was the cherry on top of an impressive performance. Sandusky will be a major player in the new seven Division format for the OHSAA playoffs with their experience and defensive talent.

One of the more impressive overall athletes I've seen on the hardwood in the 2025 class, it's no surprise Coleman is also a standout on the gridiron. A fluid mover and one of the strongest players in the state, Coleman makes some plays in the air that few players can match. Coleman blocked a couple shots and threw down a couple dunks. I also thought Coleman flashed some ball handling ability with hesitation moves and unique pace to his game. His future very likely lies on the gridiron, but Coleman would be a scholarship level basketball target based on what I saw on Saturday.
