Marques Ili-Meneese Marques Ili-Meneese 6'4" | SG Rainier Beach | 2026 State WA | FOH | 2026
This kid is a load to deal with on both ends and was one of the most consistent finishers I saw throughout the weekend. He has strength and some bounce and was finishing through, over, and around defenders. It seemed like when he got the ball in the paint it was almost a sure thing. He’s a menace defensively too, blocking shots, hustling back in transition, and showing some versatility to guard multiple positions and areas.
Daniel Johnson Daniel Johnson 6'1" | SG Auburn | 2026 State WA | FOH | 2026
Johnson started out on fire against AZ Unity, showing how he emerged to play a key role for Auburn this past year. He hit a few shots from deep and mixed in a nice middy pull-up off the dribble, splashing in just about all his shots. He’s definitely a guy who can space the floor and create a little off the bounce.
Ohmono Bomet Ohmono Bomet 6'1" | PG Garfield | 2026 State WA | FOH | 2026
An excellent athlete at the guard spot who showed up all over the court and was one of the better performers of the weekend. Bomet has the length, quickness, and burst to be a true impact defender as he showed not just with his on-ball defense but by blocking a handful of shots inside too. He has the quick feet to stay close to ballhandlers and even got his hands on a couple of jumpers to block shots from further out. Offensively, he was super efficient with his touches showing he can split defenders to the hoop and be a reliable shooter from deep. He hit at least three 3s against AZ Unity and was either perfect or close to it from the field in that game.
Levi Orbino Levi Orbino 5'7" | PG O'Dea | 2026 State WA | FOH | 2026
Orbino’s a scrappy on-ball defender who constantly turns his man, recovers, and turns him again. He often picked his man up the length of the floor and was able to slow down the opposing attack. On the other end, he did a great job keeping his dribble alive and showed he can make all the passes, making nice dump-offs and kickouts off drives, finding cutters from the perimeter, and executing the pick and roll.
Nick Norrah Nick Norrah 6'2" | SG Bellevue | 2026 State WA | FOH | 2026
Norrah came alive in their game against Team Mookie Betts, hitting a couple of early jumpers from the midrange, then splashing in a couple of 3s. After finding his groove outside he started attacking defenders inside and created opportunities for himself and others by getting downhill and drawing the extra defender. He’s a real creator with the ball and once he gets some shots falling, has shown he can recognize the defense keying in on him and dish the ball to open teammates.
Micah Ili-Meneese Micah Ili-Meneese 6'3" | CG Rainier Beach | 2027 State WA | FOH | 2027
The young guard plays a lot like his brother, setting a physical tone inside and showing some quick moves in tight spaces to find shots in close. He has a slasher mentality and was finishing with various moves in the paint, showing good quickness, strength, and touch.
Jayden Hunt Jayden Hunt 5'11" | PG Lake Washington | 2027 State WA | FOH | 2027
The point guard really impressed me with his ability to execute actions and plays and anticipate where his teammates would be and when. He had the passing trifecta, weight, timing, and placement, that made it easy for his teammates to catch and shoot or attack. Hunt also handled pressure pretty well while keeping his eyes scanning over the court.
