Way Too Early 5A Favorites

Here is what we see moving towards next season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Orem High School</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Orem brings back the whole team and they are looking good individually out there on their respective circuits. [player_tooltip player_id='1164726' first='Jax' last='Allen'] is a player that continues to improve and he is a player that has been slowly getting to that level he is projected to be. [player_tooltip player_id='1260479' first='Chance' last='Dastrup'] is back and he is one of those PG's that just gets it done. He is a passing first PG and he gets after it. [player_tooltip player_id='1146661' first='Trey' last='Hiatt'] has been playing well and he might be able to play the 3 next year as we hear of some movement that will impact him and this team. [player_tooltip player_id='2045987' first='Tate' last='Robinson'] has become a big time shooter and weapon that will be big time next year. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Timpview High School</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Timpview was suppose to have a down year but they did not and they got a major lift from a lot of players but [player_tooltip player_id='1278448' first='Dean' last='Rueckert'] was unreal this past year and he is only getting better. Aisa Galea'i was impressive and that on ball defense he has can really impact the game with that alone. [player_tooltip player_id='1278505' first='Mason' last='Ford'] seems to get taller, quicker and he is clutch at times when he needs to. [player_tooltip player_id='1960161' first='Callen' last='Tollestrup'] is going to be a problem. Also look out for two kids that are shooting the ball well right now in [player_tooltip player_id='2045987' first='Tate' last='Robinson'] and Will Openshaw. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Highland</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Rams had a great run last season and that is something that they can build on. Their biggest return next year will be [player_tooltip player_id='1278450' first='Isaiah' last='Drisdom'] who is having a great early grassroots season. With a lot of players graduating it will make room for [player_tooltip player_id='1278440' first='Soren' last='Ries'] to get more minutes and he coulod really develop a lot quicker with more minutes on the floor. [player_tooltip player_id='1617154' first='Jack' last='Anderton'] is another player that should increase his production a ton. A player a bit off the grid a bit is [player_tooltip player_id='1290118' first='Vai' last='Higby'] a solid strong SF that can rebound and defend. [player_tooltip player_id='1969236' first='Bodie' last='Dodge'] is another player that can come in and make a solid contribution with shooting and ball handling. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Alta</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Alta might have a lost a lot of talent but they have some players taht are hungry to be in the spotlight. [player_tooltip player_id='1278438' first='Dash' last='Reiser'] will be tough and it might be his team moving forward but the elevation and growth of Zak Paepke's game has really been something to see. He is out there unassuming butt the kid can play. Hayden Anderson is another player that will get run and keep an eye out for [player_tooltip player_id='2304535' first='Matt' last='McKea'], he has a shot to really make noise. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Springville</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Last season we though this team was going to make a deep run with their young core but we will have to wait and see. [player_tooltip player_id='1278439' first='Jamyn' last='Sondrup'] is having himself a stellar grassroots season right now and e just needs to bring that energy and effort to the high school level and this kid will be too tough to stop. [player_tooltip player_id='1278449' first='Mason' last='Hansen'] has been playing really good basketball as well. He has found success in his all-around game and it shows out there on the Gold Circuit. Keep an eye on [player_tooltip player_id='1724426' first='Swift' last='Hall'], he is on the rise and he is a player that can help this team a lot.
