Higby is a monster! Really surprised a team has not pulled the trigger on him to get him to sign because he is one of the better SF/W in the state and he has a a big time motor. He could move up a few spots in the rankings. Would not be surprised if he ends up at a D2 and ends up being a big time get.

Higby is a player on the rise with strength and ability to p ay the 4 at the next level at a smaller school. He has improved his defending in the perimeter and he has also been great playing out there as well. He could defend 1-4 at a high level. Ideal SF at the 3 at the next level.

A player that should be on a lot of D2’s list and a lot of NJCAA schools list had himself a game as expected. He should hover around 15 PPG and 7+ RPG as well.

Higby is ready to make an impact right now. He has been hearing from a few schools but this kid is going to be a steal. More than likely a D2 kid but he has improved so much over the years. He is a SF that can shoot and just maneuver around like a little guard. He can post you or break you down in the perimeter. One of the better left unsigned kids out there.

Higby is going to be a player that is a must watch, especially if you are a D2 or NAIA school. He has slowly become a player that you need to defend and a player that you need to be aware of at all times. Even when he is away from the ball he is moving and tracking where the shot is going or where the passes are made. He is a forward that has skills with his back to the basket but his perimeter game and ability has really blossomed this offseason. He could be a hybrid 3 that will defend 4’s with his strength and IQ. He looked really good.

Stats do not tell the entire story of a player, so ignore Higby’s stats. He was on a team that was absolutely loaded and he has improved so much. He is going to shock a lot of people when he hits the floor. He has grown a bit and his athleticism is just different. This kid is a no brainer D2/NAIA kid at the 3/4 position.

Higby has been a product of hard work and patience. It is starting to pay off as he is able to do a lot in the trenches. He is a player that can clean things up and he is a player that has the motor and footwork to get you a bucket. Most impressive aspect of his game is that you do not need to run anything to him for Higby to impact the game. He could be a small school dream/steal.
