Congrats to Hanson who is coming off a succesful and productive sophomore season. The guard who averaged over 6 points per game for the 2A runner ups, enters the list as a top 110 player in his first appearance in the rankings.
The West Wendover guard is coming off a career year. He contributed mightly for the 2A contenders, throwing in a career high of 13 this season against North Tahoe. He comes in as a top 110 player in his first appearance in the rankings.
Rodriguez is a player that we caught a glimpse of during JV action. He has a signature skill in his ability to knock down open three point shots. The sharpshooter makes the list for the first time as a top 120 player.
Almond is a an inside, outside threat with a developing game. His versatility and production on the JV level, allowed him to enter as a top 120 player in his class.
Moss is one of the most slept on shooters in the state. The sophomore from Reed makes an apperance in the rankings as a top 120 player.
Snow showed the abilty to complete plays when I went and saw him earier this year. The fundamentally sound guard makes his first apperance as a top 120 player after a strong JV campaign.
Graves is coming off a productive campaign for Valley, and an appearance at the Venom Rankings Run. One of the things I like most about Graves, is his ability to simplify the game. He plays hard and continusly makes the right play. The Valley guard comes in as a top 100 player.
Highlights
Jackson’s shooting and bucket getting ability has gotten him on the radar. The lefty has a smooth stroke, and the knack for getting to the rim and finishing. He enters as a top 110 player in his first appearance in the rankings.
I was really impressed when I took a trip to watch Washington play. He’s the type of player that just does whatever it takes to win. The high energy, hard playing 2026 enters the rankings as a top 100 player.
Keep an eye on Jacobson as he is a new addition with the potential to rise. He has a good IQ and plays hard. The top 100 new addition is also one of the state’s most underatted sharpshooters.
Hunter got himself on the board with some big performances during the April Bash. He has some big time ups, and is built to play in transition and above the rim. He enters as a top 90 player in the rankings.
Jones came on late in the year to be a key contributor for the Wildcats. The two way PG enters as a top 90 player in his first apperance in the list.
Vong is a scrappy player that pound for pound may be one of the state’s toughest. The gritty PG got himself on the rankings with some strong play duiring the state tournament, coming in as a top 75 player in his first apperace in the rankings.
I was really impressed when I saw Hunter play earlier in the year. He has a good upper frame, and was able to use it to discard defenders, and create space for mid range jumpers. The North Valley’s star has the potential to be one of the top stockrisers. He comes in as a top 75 player in the rankings.
Roberts was a player that really impressed during the Venom Rankings Run. He is poised for a big Grassroost season, and quite possibly a chance to crack one of the Countries most talented rotations. He is one of the highest new additions, landing as a top 70 player in his first addition in the rankings.
Kuminga has the length, and athleticism of a big time player. The quick jumping forward is the highest ranked new player landing as a top 30 player in his first appearance in the rankings.
