is the definition of a 3&D type of player. Josh plays the 4 position, as he tends to be one of the taller players on the floor. His ability to stretch the floor on pick and pops is what sticks out to me the most. On defense, he keeps himself vertical inside the paint, avoiding fouls and getting blocks. Hunter has a great feel for the game overall too.

Saw Hunter last season, and he impressed. He was one of the top scorers up North, but it was his rebounding that impressed. You don’t think of the rising junior as a Glass Cleaner, however he pulled down almost 7 boards per game last year, and could garner even more this season.

There’s a lot to like about Hunter. You could easily make the case that he’s the state’s most under the radar sleeper. He’s got good positional size, and had found his scoring spot on the floor. His shooting and frame, make him a clear sleeper in his class.

I was really impressed when I saw Hunter play earlier in the year. He has a good upper frame, and was able to use it to discard defenders, and create space for mid range jumpers. The North Valley’s star has the potential to be one of the top stockrisers. He comes in as a top 75 player in the rankings.
