Amari Davis Amari Davis 6'9" | PF Hug | 2024 State NV is a point forward not a power forward – The 6’8 Davis was the primary ballhandler for Hug for most of the game. He showed advanced vision finding players with several nifty dimes that seemed to find their way through traffic. He did damage with his back to the basket but his superpower was his ability to create for teammates he finished with 12 assists in the game.
North Valleys has a talented young core – Sophomores Kyrone Washington Kyrone Washington 6'1" | SG North Valleys | 2026 State NV , Josh Hunter Josh Hunter 6'4" | PF North Valleys | 2026 State NV and Isaiah White Isaiah White 5'9" | PG North Valleys | 2026 NV all contributed for the Panthers. Washington played with great energy and knocked in a key three, Hunter was masterful from midrange and White played tough hard nose D.
Championship teams usually have players like Ricky Pacheco Ricky Pacheco 5'9" | PG Hug | 2025 State NV – He didn’t score a ton, but he did an excellent job running the offense. He also was ferioucious on the defensive end and provided IQ and energy for the Hawks.
Hug has their own version of the twin towers – the 6’9 Bol Makur Bol Makur 6'10" | PF Hug | 2026 State NV and 6’11 David Koul David Koul 6'11" | C Hug | 2027 State NV are going to be matchup problems. There ability to protect the rim had many of the Panther players seeing ghosts on drives to the rim and allowed Hug to dominate the glass.
