is an athletic 6’3 guard who can get to his spots when he really punches the gas pedal. Although he’s been at Sierra Vista, he didn’t play with them at Section 7. And he’s now announced that he will be transferring to Village Christian in California. Look for him to make some waves out there, as was on track to be a stock riser here in Nevada.

I was able to watch Hunter play at the G365 Tournament back in May. The slick 6’3 Sierra Vista guard was making nice moves to the basket and hitting shots from the perimeter. Hunter also has some bounce to him, and he uses it to throw down slam dunks and to come down with rebounds. Look for him to make even more noise the rest of the summer and next season.

is a 3 and D type of player. He knows how to play off of his teammates, and often takes good open looks on offense. I also like the way that Hunter plays defense. He uses his frame to his advantage and can make his opponents take bad shots.

Hunter is doing a good job of positioning himself for a stockrising. He’s quick and has shown a lot of explosion, to the point that it seems once a game, he’s throwing down a thunderous dunk, or making an athletic highlight play.

Hunter got himself on the board with some big performances during the April Bash. He has some big time ups, and is built to play in transition and above the rim. He enters as a top 90 player in the rankings.

Hunter showed power and athleticism similar to McDaniel. The Fresh Face, athletic, forward was aggressive on the boards, using a quick second jump to grab offensive rebounds.
