Of course, there were players that caught people’s eye with their performance over the weekend. Let’s take a look at 5 of the athletes that turned heads at the Queen City Clash in Cincinnati.
Kaleb Cole
Kaleb Cole
Cole was really good at the Queen City Clash. He proved that he’ll be a player to keep an eye on as the grassroots season plays out. Cole is a stone cold shooter that can groove his jumper and put up points very quickly. He averaged 14.3 point per game over the 4 games, scoring a high of 24 against a talented Mr22Elite team.
AJ Tarpley put his game on display in Cincinnati. He flaunted his length and athleticism all weekend long. Tarpley was a menace in the open floor and was creative going downhill with the ball. Tarpley averaged 12.3 points per game, boosted by one of the best Sunday’s in the field. His last 2 game he racked up 16 and 21 points.

Francis has a reputation in his home state as a knockdown shooter. He showed this weekend with the Midwest Stampede that he’s earned that distinction. He’s a momentum shifter with his 3 point shot. He turned defense into offense by knocking the ball away and getting a look at the other end when the defense was scrambling. Francis had a 23 and 21 point games on his way to averaging 14.3 per game.

Landon Reinhart
Landon Reinhart
Reinhart was a huge part of an impressive 3-1 record for his Kentuc Ky Storm Elite 2026 team. The numbers really don’t do his game justice. He was very efficient and intelligent with his shots, which is especially tough in grassroots basketball. Reinhart showed off a well rounded game and a high basketball IQ. He made good decisions with the ball. Reinhart has a game that looks very transferable to the next level.
Kohler is a tremendous basketball talent and he showed that at the Queen City Clash. He’s the type of lead guard that a coach wants to have the ball in his hands in crunch time. Kohler can beat pressure with both the dribble and the pass. His scoring numbers never do him justice. He can flat out get buckets when his team needs them and he did last weekend. But, he’s so smart about when and where his offense is needed.
