Jaden is the best passer I’ve seen all weekend. The freshman guard out of Milwaukee Lutheran was dropping dime after dime in a pair of games for ABC Young Lions . Teams just couldn’t stop him from penetrating the lane, and from there he showcased impressive vision to find an open big underneath, or one of his teammates ready to shoot on the perimeter. Not only were his passes accurate, but they were also delivered at the right moments giving his teammates the best chances to score. Also pressured the ball exceptionally well on defense, utilizing his lateral quickness to turn defense into transition scoring opportunities.
Gavin was all over the place making plays on Saturday. He’s so fast with the ball in his hands, and was always looking to push the tempo for his Wisconsin Blizzard team. Whether he was going coast-to-coast in transition or beating his man off the dribble, Gavin was consistently finding ways to get to the rim and finish. Able to hang in the air and adjust his body to finish in traffic or while taking a hit in the air. Showcased good vision to hit an open teammate if the defense collapsed on him as well. Gavin’s effort and intensity on both ends of the floor really stood out throughout the day.
Highlights
Jacob went for 20 points to help lead his Wisconsin Academy team past All Wisconsin on Saturday night. The lefty guard is exceptional at shooting off the catch, able to run off a screen and quickly get his hands and feet ready to shoot when a pass comes his way. Over the past year Hibner has continued to add muscle to his frame, and it helped him yesterday as he was tasked with defending a 6’6 wing. Despite giving up a few inches in height, Hibner was battling for position down low and boxing out to come up with rebounds. One of the premier shooters in the state’s 2026 class.
Tyler got Team Herro off to a solid start in the first half, playing tough defense and knocking down a few outside shots. In the 2nd half the Midwest Kings switched to a zone defense and started to get back in the game. Tyler changed that though as he took over on the offensive end. He was penetrating the zone off the dribble, able to navigate through tight spaces and get into the lane to finish with floaters over taller defenders. Any time the offense stalled, Tyler got the ball in his hands and made something happen for his team. Big second half to help lead Team Herro to a win on Saturday afternoon.
Rashad Fenner
Rashad Fenner
There wasn’t much the opposing defense could do to stop Rashad Fenner once he got going downhill. The 6’1 guard is an exceptional finisher, and was able to hang in the air for some acrobatic lay-ups on Saturday morning. ABC Young Lions were pressuring the ball hard on defense, and that style of play favored Rashad as he was able to use his long frame to create turnovers and get out into the open floor. Rashad averaged 12 ppg during his junior season, including some big games late in the year, and looks ready for a big senior season during the winter.
Nick is a high upside prospect for All Wisconsin 15u. As a freshman at Green Bay Preble he saw consistent minutes, averaging 2.4 ppg for his team. Last night with All Wisconsin he showcased why he’s an intriguing prospect moving forward. At 6’4 he already has some size on the wing, and moves well both laterally and getting up and down the floor. Howard showcased good coordination attacking the basket, and had a nice lay-up altering his body in mid-air to avoid a shot blocker in the second half. Comfortable stepping out on the perimeter and knocking down the open three as well.
Only got to see Ryan in one half as he ended up picking up an injury, but he managed to impress in that time for Northstar Titans . The 6’3 guard showcase impressive change of speed with the ball, able to lull his defender to sleep and then explode to the basket and utilize his 6’3 frame to finish at the rim. Had a nice spin move towards the end of the first half that left his defender frozen as Ryan put two more points on the board. Already played a solid role as a junior at Farmington, but looks ready to take on even more responsibility going into his senior year.
