Carter hit the ground running at the Grind Region Kick Off by showcasing his defensive instincts and ability to score in transition. He was able to tally 18 steals across his first three games this and displayed elite on-ball pressure for nearly the entirety of his playing time. Carter is also an underrated athlete, finishing through defenders at the rim with ease. Coming off an impressive season for El Reno, Carter is poised for an even bigger year in his senior season and should absolutely be on coaches’ radars throughout this summer and into next season.
Tate is a player who really gained traction this past high school season with Weatherford and has continued his strong play in this grassroots season. Combining his great size with guard skills and a consistent three-point shot, Tate has a lot of promise as a prospect. Being able to dribble, pass, and shoot while standing 6’7″ is a combination that several colleges have already shown interest in. One of the more underrated skills of Tate has to be his ability to stay active off-ball. He does a great job of finding open spots along the perimeter as well as cutting to the rim.
Highlights
Ethan has started his grassroots season strong, having already dropped an eye-popping 24-point & 20-rebound game at the Duel in DFW. Ethan has great mobility and overall skills as a wing with his size. He plays physical and does not back down from defenders at the rim. Ethan is a plus-defender who has a natural feel for trapping opponents and forcing turnovers. He is not asked too often to create looks for others, but has still shown impressive flashes of being able to drive hard, attract help defenders, and kick out to open shooters.

Kobe has been on fire to start the grassroots circuits. Scoring in double-digits in every game he has played so far, he has been one of, if not the, most impressive lead guards in Oklahoma. Kobe is a three-level scorer who pushes the pace and is able to create open looks for himself as well as others. Starting off his grassroots season at the Grind Region Kick Off by averaging 22.5 points per game across his first four outings, Kobe has been extremely impressive with no signs of slowing down.
