Cain has remained a pivotal piece in the Green Level rotation as they continue to make history in their fourth-year as a high school. He’s a big reason for the Gators current push given his pedigree for defending, rebounding and distributing the basketball. He’s an unsigned senior floor general for colleges of all levels to get eyes on as he continues to run the show for Green Level in the Elite Eight of the NCHSAA 4A Playoffs. He put up six points, four assists, three steals and three rebounds in their comeback victory over Wakefield in the second round. They’ll look to play spoiler on the road this Friday against Richmond County Senior High this Friday. He’s a name to get eyes on after moving from No. 206 into the 57th spot in the final rankings update for the 2024 class.
Highlights
Perry is a name PH has managed to see extensively after he was a standout performer at the PH North Carolina Top 250 Expo this past summer. He was a big reason for the Victory Christian Center Kings’ run to the NCISAA 1A State Title. He took home first-team All-State honors as he posted a team-leading 13.0 PPG, 3.9 APG, also a team-high along with 2.2 RPG and 1.6 SPG. He’s a shifty floor general prospect who remains unsigned with a strong knack for making things happen at the point guard position at 6-foot-2. He’s a prospect for DII programs in the region in need of a winner to get eyes on after moving from 116th to No. 62 in the final rankings update.
Highlights
Oden was another NCISAA All-State selection on the 3A stage with GRACE Christian Academy in the Raleigh area. He’s an electric floor general prospect for DI and DII programs to get eyes on after averaging 18.3 PPG, 4.2 rpg, 4.0 APG and 2.1 SPG on 47 percent shooting from the floor in his final year of high school basketball. At 6-foot-1, he’s done well to develop his strength and agility to become quite the lead guard in the Eagles’ offensive attack in 2023-24. He moves from No. 137 into the 64th spot in the final rankings update for the 2024 class in North Carolina.
Wall has been a pivotal piece in the perimeter attack for the Richmond County Senior High Raiders as he moves from No. 122 into the 79th spot in the final rankings update for the 2024 class. He’s a prospect for DII and DIII programs to get eyes on given his penchant for knocking down shots from deep and making play for others. He’s put up 13.8 PPG, 2.8 RPG, 2.3 APG and 1.9 SPG as a two-way presence in their lethal backcourt that also features Paul McNeil Paul McNeil 6’6″ | SG Richmond County | 2024 State #172 Nation NC . Look for him to continue his exploits as the Raiders look to win and advance this Friday.
Drake is another sharpshooting point guard who’s found himself on the rise in the Richmond County Senior High backcourt. He moves from No. 232 into the 102nd spot in the final rankings update as he looks to continue his surge in the NCHSAA 4A Playoffs this Friday in the Elite Eight against Green Level. He’s produced 16.5 PPG, 4.2 RPG and 2.7 SPG to go along with his 4.7 APG to push the Raiders into the Elite Eight of the NCHSAA 4A State Playoffs this season. He’s shooting 43 percent from deep on the year at the point guard spot, knocking down 66 3-pointers and dishing out 4.7 APG, just second to NC State commit Paul McNeil Paul McNeil 6’6″ | SG Richmond County | 2024 State #172 Nation NC . He’s a prospect for DII, DIII and JUCO programs to get eyes on with his best basketball ahead of him as a point guard prospect.
Vaughn continues his ascent on the PH radar and up the 2024 rankings in the final update as he moves from No. 156 into No. 130. He had a strong showing in the Winston-Salem Christian National backcourt this season as quite the two-way presence. He’s a lead guard who’s shown he can get to his spots and be an initiator out of quick rebounds on the defensive end. He’s a prospect for DI and DII programs to get eyes on as an unsigned senior prospect as the end of the season approaches.
