White took home MVP honors for the Myers Park Mustangs inn the Day’Ron Sharpe Bracket Championship game he finished with a solid all-around effort with 19 points, three rebounds, three steals and an assist to round out his 3-game performance. He put up 17.3 PPG, 3.7 RPG, 2.3 APG and 1.3 SPG on 79.3 percent shooting from the field as he showed off his efficiency around the painted area. He’s got nice touch on his shot and as he starts to polish out an array of post moves, he’ll become a lethal force to deal with in the frontcourt for years to come. He’s a lot more aggressive in making things happen when the ball comes his way and continues to climb up the radar of many high-major DI programs.

Wilkins put the state on notice as to why’s he’s considered a top name in the 2025 class at Christ School with his performance in the John Wall Holiday Invitational. He’s burden to deal with in the painted area and has an old-school feel for the game in the post that allows him to maneuver for points as well as rebounds and blocks. He opened things up with 21 points, eight rebounds, three assists and a block against Word of God and their cast of prospects. The 6-foot-8 forward finished with 17.3 PPG, 9.7 RPG. 1.7 APG and 1.7 BPG and notched 13 points and 12 rebounds against Myers Park High in the Bracket Championship. He’s an efficient scoring threat who can also make plays out of the post. Look for his recruitment to grow in North Carolina’s 2025 class over the next few months.
Another easy high-major target for DI programs to hone in on in Virginia’s 2025 class, Mallory continues to impress with his ability to stuff the stat sheet as a small-guard prospect. He showed he can play big for St. Anne’s Belfield as they went 2-0 with victories over Ravenscroft and The Burlington School. He poured in 27.5 PPG, 7.5 RPG, 6.5 APG and 3.5 SPG on 47.6 percent shooting from the floor and 37.5 percent shooting from deep. He nearly dished out a triple-double with 28 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists against Ravenscroft then followed that up with a 27 points, 5-rebound and 4-assist outing against The Burlington School in showing off his ability to lead by example. His biggest threat is his ability to knock down 3-pointers on the perimeter through creation. He knocked down three 3-pointers in each of their two victories. As he continues to improve his game and improve on his strength, look for his name to continue to grow and offer list as well.
Gladden was easily one of the break out performers in this year’s John Wall Holiday Invitational as he walked away as the tournament’s single-game leading scorer after finishing with 57 points in an overtime victory over Southern Durham High. Just the week prior, Gladden took home the MVP award at the Jimmy V Showcase at Panther Creek where he put up 41 points in the championship game. He’s a budding guard in North Carolina’s 2025 class who seemingly keeps getting better by the game scoring the ball. He makes things look effortless with his ability to navigate space and his strong frame which allows him to absorb contact and finish around the rim. DI and DII programs in the region would be wise to take notice.

Henry is another 2025 prospect in North Carolina who should see his stock grow following his performance at the John Wall Holiday Invitational with Cannon School. He put up impressive production on the wing in averaging 19.0 PPG, 8.7 RPG, 3.0 APG and 2.3 SPG as the Cougars went 2-1. He exploded for a double-double against Reidsville High with 19 points and 11 rebounds and had his best outing scoring wise in their victory over Richmond County High with 21 points to close things out. He’s a strong-framed wing prospect who’s shown he can handle the ball and create offense on his own off the bounce. He can create for himself and others and is really starting to come along as a presence in the Cannon School rotation.

Ament continues to show why he’s considered a top name in Virginia’s 2025 class with his size and length at 6-foot-9. He was a bright spot despite Highland School’s 0-2 outing as he posted 32 points on 12-of-21 shooting and 10 rebounds to post his second double-double in the event. He averaged 26.0 PPG, 10.5 RPG and 1.0 BPG while showing off his ability to operate at the stretch-forward spot with his length and shooting ability. He knocked down 5-of-11 3-pointers in shooting 45.5 percent from deep across their two contests. Look for his recruitment to grow as more programs get eyes on him over the next few months.
Collins continues to fly under the radar in the Christ School rotation and he’s not the only name who stood out for them. He’s an efficient sharpshooting presence with an impressive shooting stroke that he utilized well in the Greenies’ run to the title game. He exploded for 23 points on 4-of-5 shooting from deep in their upset of Moravian Prep as he showed he could operate in a variety of ways. He also went 5-of-6 from the free throw line. He’s a name for DI and DII programs in the region to add to their radar given his ability to get hot in a hurry on the perimeter. He’s also quite an underrated defender. He averaged 1.3 steals per game including two against Myers Park High.
