He finished with 32 points, eight rebounds and three steals in the win as he was the leading scorer for the entire game. He’s a prospect who doesn’t need a high-volume of shots to score a lot of points and knows how to get to the free throw line as well. had himself quite the season in leading the Ravenscroft School backcourt in 2023-24. He’s a bonafide Division I prospect to track now after he set the single-season scoring mark (57 points) and turned heads at this year’s John Wall Holiday Invitational. He makes things seem effortless with his ability to attack the painted area and make things happen off the bounce.

Gladden is an obvious nod for top performer of the week here due to his 57 point outburst against Southern Durham in the third place game of the Coby White bracket at John Wall. It’s a tournament record, passing Mike Miller from almost 20 years ago. He’s a big time scorer who knows how to get to his spots and knock down shots, either with the ball in his hands or without it. His calm confidence is not to be forgotten about to, as he will kill you every game with shot after shot while not getting too high or low.

Gladden has had some dominant performances at Ravenscroft so far this year, but his 41 point outburst against Episcopal School in the Jimmy V Classic may take the cake. He was named MVP for it, and its easy to see why he will be a scholarship level player. Great positional size for someone who can play on and off the ball, and can really stroke it from deep. With continued focus on improving his playmaking, he will be a name to watch at higher levels.

Always seems to be under control regardless of what may be going on, he’s the type of player that you want to have the ball in his hands. He scored the ball from multiple levels, going on a 12-0 run by himself after his team faced an early deficit but he also set up teammates for easy scores and controlled the tempo of the game from start to finish.
