This is a well coached group who manages crunch time well, getting large amounts of scoring production from 2025 guard Cal Baskind Cal Baskind 6'0" | SG Mountain Vista | 2025 State CO (15.7 P, 2.3 A). Senior guard Jacob Hoefs Jacob Hoefs 6'1" | SG Mountain Vista | 2024 State CO (10.6 P, 4.5 A) has been excellent driving into the paint to find shotmakers or slashers. A notable riser throughout this season has been Oliver Junker (10.3 P, 10.8 R, 3.2 B), whose defensive instincts have led to notable production inside the arc thanks to his positional size and strength. Other complementary playmakers include Wes Baskind (8.1 P, 3.4 R), Carlitos Arocho (5.6 P, 2.9 A), and Rowan Baker (5.9 P, 3.9 R).
Rock Canyon #4 14-3 (5-0 Continental) 7-Game Win Streak
Everyone on this team can shoot to varying degrees, bringing a group identity with a potent offense. Led by lead guard Mac Terry Mac Terry 6'4" | CG Rock Canyon | 2024 State CO (15.7 P, 5.6 R, 4.8 A), he has been instrumental in initiating the offense and improving his passing volume. Continuing a dependable impact on the wing, Kasen Lehman (15.5 P, 2.2 A) has been capable of erupting for a boatload of threes, all while maintaining value defensively. Star 2024 Charlie Spann Charlie Spann 6'5" | SF ThunderRidge | 2024 State CO (19.6 P, 6.9 R, 2.1 A), recently received a Black Hills offer, in part due to his dominant scoring abilities and added consistency on the defensive side. They feature floor spacing in Point Loma commit Tommy Wight Tommy Wight 6'8" | SF ThunderRidge | 2024 State CO (15.6 P, 7.4 R, 1.1 B) and high energy playmaker Kael Carney (5.7 P, 37% 3P). Ryan Gonzales Ryan Gonzales 5'9" | PG ThunderRidge | 2024 State CO (3.4 P, 3.2 A) continues to add value through his passing instincts. Chaparral’s confluence of upper and underclassmen has made their success that much for enticing. Devon Brown Devon Brown 6'4" | SF Chaparral | 2025 CO (4.8 P, 3 R) has found his mold as a complementary shotmaker whose positional size adds defensive versatility.
