Continue ReadingThe Breast Cancer Awareness Classic never disappoints. Last year, NBA player Brice Sensabaugh and Duke forward Sean Stewart headlined last year’s event. This year, we were treated to a game of the year candidate between Westminster and Oak Ridge. Here are five nationally recognized prospects that made the event a must-watch.
Josh Lewis | Blake
Lewis exploded in his game against The Villages. His near-freak athleticism and competitive edge at 6’7 allowed him to dominate the game. He knocked down threes at a high rate, is in constant motion off the ball, and rebounds both ends. The downs several highlights dunks in 26 points performance.

Two things have changed since I saw Lloyd last season: athleticism and efficiency. The 6’3 combo guard has always been one of the best scorers in the 2025 class, but now he’s picking his shots to score in bunches. The three-level scorer’s athletic leap makes him look like he’s on a launching pad when going up for dunks. Really good first step. Makes difficult shots and has range beyond the college three.
Jamie Jones | Oak Ridge
I’ve been high on Jones since the first time I watched him. He’s a freak athlete who knows how to play the game and a role on a star-studded team. He’s a big-time slasher who can finish through contact and will rise up defenders if he has the platform. Weaponizes his athleticism on the defensive end to shoot gaps. He is excellent in a full-court trap with his ability to fly around. Plays with a more controlled edge than previous seasons. Jones has always flashed high-level passing for a young wing and didn’t shy away from throwing dimes in traffic. Gets to the line and concerts at a decent rate.

Reece has some of the best footwork I’ve ever seen for a ball handler and off the dribble shooter. He can shift his defender in isolation and has a hair trigger. Showcased deep range and an ability to get hot in a hurry. Solid defender who can force turnovers in isolation and gets deflections. Had a good night finishing around the rim even when experiencing contact from bigger bodies.
DJ Sandi | St. Thomas Aquinas
The human fast break is a jitterbug with the ball in his hands. Looked unguardable at times against The Rock with his ability to get where he wants on the floor. He is a high-level playmaker who dissects the defense with his eyes, penetration, and ability to score as a three point shooter and at the rim. The 6’2 point guard will burn you from deep and has control over the game beyond his years. There’s no reason to overthink what you see from him on a nightly basis.
