Kareem Artharee Kareem Artharee 6'3" | CG Gresham | 2026 State OR , Gresham – +14 (from #24 to #10)
Entering the Top Ten is Artharee, who started to show flashes of his potential playing AAU ball with More Than Hoop and getting more playing time with Gresham in June and fall league. The 6-foot-4 combo guard is athletic, able to create off the dribble, and continues to improve with his outside shooting.
Brody Rygh Brody Rygh 6'5" | SF Sherwood | 2026 State OR , Sherwood – +8 (from #22 to #14)
Making a leap is Rygh, who got valuable experience playing AAU basketball with the Oregon Prospects 15U squad in the spring and summer. At 6-foot-4, he’s long, lanky, and is really able to get out on the break and finish above the rim. His ball skills continue to develop and he showed he was able to can long range jumpers.
Jemel Baker Jemel Baker 6'4" | SG Roosevelt | 2026 State OR , Benson – +4 (From #10 to #6)
Baker makes a steady rise up the rankings thanks to some impressive outings in fall league with Benson and a couple of impressive games at the PrepHoops Top 250 Expo. At 6-foot-3, he’s athletic, has a knack for scoring in a variety of ways, and should be a key player for the Techmen this upcoming season.
Quentin Neal Quentin Neal 6'2" | CG Centennial | 2026 State OR , Centennial – +3 (from #31 to #28)
A lefty shooter, Neal worked hard on his game this summer and is now more capable of putting the ball on the floor and getting to the basket. He recently announced a transfer from Benson to Centennial where he will immediately join the building process there.
Jemai Lake Jemai Lake 5'11" | CG Tualatin | 2026 State OR , Tualatin – +2 (from #5 to #3)
The rankings jump of only two spots may not seem huge but Lake really needed to be rewarded for not only his improved play but his continuing to develop physical stature. The 6-foot guard will get the keys at the point handed to him this season as Tualatin seeks to three-peat.
Eddie Szabatin Eddie Szabatin 6'6" | PF Reynolds | 2026 State OR , Reynolds – +1 (from #32 to #31)
Szabatin has the potential to be one of the most improved players in the Mt Hood Conference. The 6-foot-6 big man got into good shape over the summer months playing with Oregon Prospects and has become more confident in his offensive game, especially his lefty spot-up shooting.
