Artharee remains in his standing in the top ten with much of the talk around his potential at the college level, specifically surrounding his athleticism and physical body already prepared for the next level. Injuries hampered the off-season for the 6-foot-5 swingman from Gresham, but he played well enough to earn a scholarship offer from in-state NAIA power Oregon Tech and significant interest from other programs.

A tough guard who combined strength, quickness, and some bounce to consistently work his way into the paint and convert. He was equally tough to guard on the perimeter and once he got inside, showed the ability to make quick direction changes, fake out defenders, and find space in heavy traffic. Did a really nice job playing controlled and off two feet around bodies in the paint.
