White has done nothing but win throughout his high school career, making it to the state final four in Division III his first three years of high school. Hoping for that elusive state championship this year, we'll see if White and the Titans have what it takes to win it all.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["1067753"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"One of the top small-town scorers in the state, Shrout has had an excellent high school career. After scoring 25 PPG as a Sophomore and 23 PPG as a Junior, Shrout is in range to finish his high school career over 2,000 points. Already committed to a Division I program, Shrout has proven he can hang with the best of the best on the grassroots circuit playing for All Ohio Red and Wildcat Select throughout his high school grassroots career.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["1373983"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"A big time athlete, Moy has some highlight reel dunks that pop off the screen. After playing his freshman year at Badger, Moy moved to Warren to play for Warren G Harding but has since returned to Badger for his last two seasons. After a stellar Junior season, Moy raised his stock at Midwest Live where he became a priority for Division II programs. Just announcing his commitment to Cal (PA) on Sunday, Moy will be staying close to home for his college career.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["1068245"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Another prospect who had tons of Division II interest, Enis also recently made his college choice to commit to Lincoln Memorial. Basketball runs in the Copas family as his father, Nathan Copas, is in the Rio Grande Hall of Fame for his basketball career. After leading North Adams on an impressive playoff run that ended at the hands of the next prospect on this list, southeast Ohio has some talent to know about this winter!","_player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_7_player":["1833522"],"_player_evaluations_7_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_7_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_7_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_7_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_7_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_7_evaluation":"Another southeast Ohio stud, Lovely had his breakout game in the district championship when he scored 39 points to lead his team past Zane Trace.
