Continue Reading5↑3 Maker is rounding into a finished HS product. The stockrising Center has remained one of the best shot blockers in America, while simultaneously improving his offense. He’s a force from the Dunkers spot and has even showed the ability to knock down the occasional outside shot.
Highlights
6↑4 Cunningham is one of the most versatile scorers in the state. You can make the argument that he’s the best three point shooter, transition finishers and 1 v 1 players in the state. The D1 prospect jumps 2 spots in the rankings, entering the top 5.
9↑5 Nance is a talented scorer that has improved his point guard play. The lefty can get any shot he wants but has recently found genuine joy in getting others involved. The combo shot up four spots in the rankings, placing him in the top 5.

13↑11 The bruising forward improves a little more each time I see him. His athleticism has been his biggest transformation, over the course of this summer, and he has used that to increase his lift on his low post moves.
19↑12 Franklin continues to rise. The kid is multi-skilled and one of the few players capable of impacting games whether he scores or not. He’s shooting it better, having extended his range out to the three-point line.
15↑13 Romero is one of the smoothest players in the state. He has deep three point range, and is comfortable running the 1 or 2. The talented Arbor guard gets a bump up in the rankings.
17↑15 Burrell is an athlete is every sense of the word. The two sports star is a newly minted Rebels recruit, committing to tote the ball for his hometown team. On the basketball court he is the top high energy, effort player in the state, and a fierce competitor. He moves up a couple notches in the rankings.
18↑16 Anderson puts the power in power forward. The lefty is a bruising interior player, capable of scoring off putbacks and catch and finishes. He is unique with his ability to drive from 18-15 feet out. The Damonte Ranch prospect gets a boost in the rankings.

20↑17 The wirery Reid has worked his way into a prospect heading into his senior year. He’s a long-armed forward that gives maximum effort and energy. His ability to rebound and protect the rim will be valuable to some program, he moves up 3 spots in the rankings.

25↑19 Look for Sherrard to land somewhere on my All-Snipers team. The sharpshooter for the back to back state champions is one of the best three point shooters in the State. He moves up 6 spots into the top 20.
26↑24 Cosby will be counted on to be one of the leaders for Spring Valley this season. He’s a talented shooter, capable of changing games with his shot making ability. He slides two spots up in the rankings.
29↑26 Richardson is one of the most intimidating players in the state. The long armed forward is a ferocious shot blocker that protects the rim while being under 6’6. He’s also one of the better rebounders. The state Champion from Losee moves up 3 spots in the rankings.
30↑28 Tomlin is a versatile forward, comfortable with his back to the basket, or facing up. He loves to turn over his left shoulder and use his right hand to score. The hybrid four man moves up two spots in the rankings.
32↑29 Don’t be surprised if Aquiningoc has a breakout season. The Floor Spacing PG plays the position well, and could be used both on and off the ball during the High School season. He bumps up 3 spots in the rankings.
