Reid was a good interior precense on the night. He battled with the Aggies bigs, and managed to control the paint, protecting the rim in the process. He had several big blocks in the game, making him one of the better defenders on the floor.

Active, glue guy with an evolving offensive game. Reid has shown the ability to score the ball around the basket recently, using a nice jump hook over his left shoulder. Good, length and a fluid athlete with rim running ability.

Reid is probably the most active of all the bigs. He runs the floor well, and showed off some big time rim protection pinning a couple of shots against the backboard. His offense is improving, as he showed a lot of confidence, and some improved footwork, his job now is simply to finish more consistently around the rim.

Reid’s rise has a lot to do with his frame. He’s a physical specimen, that has caught the eye of coaches at even the D1 level. His offensive game is improving and that’s why I believe he’s deserving of rising. Reid showed a consistent ability to score the ball off putbacks, and use a nice soft strong hand jump hook to get buckets.
