Justice Mitchell Justice Mitchell 6’6″ | SF Clayton | 2025 State NC is a versatile big mane to get to know in North Carolina’s 2025 class out of Clayton High. He showed off his ability to be a rim-runner and presence around the painted area with Garner Road Select this past grassroots cycle. He’s shown he can score in a variety of ways with the ball in his hands, as he learns to become a bigger presence defensively, look for his stock to grow in the class.

Kaleb Santos Kaleb Santos 6’9″ | C South Wake | 2025 State NC is an budding name to get to know in North Carolina’s 2025 class given his old-school feel for the game. He does well on the block with his back to the basket, working jump hooks and finishing in traffic in the paint. As he shows his consistency as a rebounder and defender, look for schools in the region to take a chance on him given his size at 6-foot-9.

Tay Tangiora Tay Tangiora 6’6″ | PF Swansboro | 2025 State NC had himself a busy grassroots season with East Coast All-Stars as he showed off his abilities on the interior at 6-foot-6. He’s a prospect with a good feel for the game with his back to the basket and does a tremendous job of playing a physical brand of basketball as a defender. He’s a name to get to know at Swansboro High in 2023-24.
Mason Brown Mason Brown 6’8″ | C South Granville | 2025 State NC is an emerging forward prospect to get to know out of South Granville High. He’s shown flashes of his ability to be presence on the rebounding front and in the painted area with Team Wall this grassroots cycle. He produced 6.2 PPG and 5.0 RPG this past season as a sophomore on varsity. Look for him to really show off his game as he enters his junior season with the Vikings.
