1. San Antonio Spurs – Kai Rogers Kai Rogers 6'10" | C Wauwatosa West | 2025 State #41 Nation WI (Wauwatosa West)
The Spurs needed a game changer on their front line. Rogers is the most athletic and imposing frontcourt prospect in the state. At 6-foot-10, Rogers is still just scratching what’s the highest ceiling in Wisconsin.
2. Charlotte Hornets – Kon II Knueppel Kon II Knueppel 6'6" | SG Wisconsin Lutheran | 2024 State #15 Nation WI (Wisconsin Lutheran)
The Hornets need more shooting next LaMelo Ball. Charlotte was second to last in the NBA in 3-point field goal percentage last season and fourth to last in made triples. With Gordon Hayward aging, Knueppel is a nice replacement at the three spot that can make an easy transition.
3. Portland Trailblazers – Yusef Gray Jr. Yusef Gray Jr. 6'4" | SG West Allis Central | 2026 State WI (West Allis Central)
With Damian Lillard demanding a trade in the off-season, it’s rebuilding time for the Trailblazers. Time to go get a young floor general and hope you can hit the jackpot for the future.
4. Houston Rockets – Xzavion Mitchell Xzavion Mitchell 6'6" | SF Oshkosh North | 2025 State #119 Nation WI (Oshkosh North)
The Rockets were one of the lowest scoring teams in the NBA last season. Houston does have some good pieces for the future in Jabari Jabari WI Smith and Jalen Green. Think they go with a junkyard dog like Mitchell who can change games as an offensive rebounder and shot blocker that can complement their previous two high draft picks.
5. Detroit Pistons – Nick Janowski Nick Janowski 6'3" | SG Pewaukee | 2024 State #126 Nation WI (Pewaukee)
Guard isn’t the biggest need, but the Pistons had one of the worst assist-to-turnover ratios in the league in 2022-23. Janowski has developed into a true floor general who can get his team good shots and make high-IQ plays. The Nebraska commit would take a lot of pressure off Cade Cuddingam and Jaden Ivey, who are more scoring-minded.
6. Orlando Magic – Zach Kinziger Zach Kinziger 6'3" | SG De Pere | 2025 State #127 Nation WI (De Pere)
The Magic might be reaching here, but they were one of the worst 3-point shooting teams in the NBA a year ago. With an aging Gary Harris and the inconsistency of Markelle Fultz, why not go get yourself a combo guard sniper?
7. Indiana Pacers – Amari McCottry Amari McCottry 6'5" | SF St. Thomas More | 2024 State #304 Nation WI (St. Thomas More)
With Buddy Hield at the center of constant trade talks, the Pacers may need a replacement and a cheaper option at the small forward spot after signing Tyrese Haliburton to a max deal.
8. Washington Wizards – Sekou Konneh Sekou Konneh 6'6" | SF St. Thomas More | 2024 State WI (St. Thomas More)
The Wizards have plenty at guard with the additions of Tyus Jones and Jordan Poole. Washington gets one of the highest upside players in the draft in Konneh, who would add to an exciting, young core.
9. Utah Jazz – Will Hornseth Will Hornseth 6'8" | PF De Pere | 2024 State #208 Nation WI (De Pere)
The Jazz could go just about anywhere except point guard. Utah gets a nice piece behind John Collins in Hornseth, who can do a lot of similar things with his back to the basket and cause matchup problems.
10. Dallas Mavericks – Devin Brown Devin Brown 6'7" | PF Milwaukee Academy Of Science | 2025 State #196 Nation WI (Milwaukee Academy of Science)
Dallas needs a ton of help in the frontcourt and was arguably the worst rebounding team in the NBA last season. Brown provides a high motor that can take care of the dirty work, make impact plays above the rim, and upgrade a team athletically.
