This list can only start with Meeks, a 6-foot guard put on a show en route to the Stags finishing the weekend with a 5-0 record. The rising sophomore guard put his name on the map in front of dozens of Division I coaches by averaging 19 points per game, knocking down 20 of his 41 attempts from three. His gritty intensity at both ends helped seal a huge win over Paul VI in OT and he ended the weekend pouring in 34 points in a win over St. Stephen’s St. Agnes.
Jordan Smith | Paul VI
Smith reminded everyone why he will likely find his name in the top 15 of any national lists for the 2026 class. The 6’3 guard possesses explosive athleticism by the rim on drives or offensive put-backs. He earns his makes on finishes through contact when he isn’t finishing above the rim and although he attempted only three triples in their four games, he knocked down two of them. Also a massive positional presence on the glass, Smith averaged eight boards per game. Providence HC Kim English extended an offer to Smith after DMV Live.
Adam Oummidoch | Bishop O’Connell
Oummidoch is one of the more gifted scorers regardless of class when scanning the DMV. His natural feel and creativity from all three levels paired with his size at 6’4-6’5 makes his defender’s assignment even tougher. The rising sophomore averaged 12.8 points per game as the Knights finished undefeated with a 4-0 record.
Parker Robinson

Robinson can put the ball in the basket in a variety of ways. A primary playmaker, the 6’4 guard can make it happen for himself or others off the bounce. He makes defenders pay for going under on ball screens or can expose driving lanes where he gets to the paint to finish floaters or crafty scoop layups. Robinson also possesses the athleticism to flush it on a defender if they don’t come prepared in the air. East Carolina extended an offer after he scored 17 points and hauling in 6.8 boards per contest.
Prince Moody

Moody showed why he sports the No. 1 ranking for the MD/DC 2026 class with his dynamic scoring ability that comes with efficiency. He scored 16.8 points per game on 46.3 percent from the field and 40 percent from deep. Moody has the defense at his mercy in transition with his pull-up game combined with his burst that gets him to the rim for dunks.
Jalyn Collingwood

Collingwood is still somewhat under the radar despite it being very early for his class, but I don’t expect it to remain that way for long. At 6’5-6’6 with good positional length, Collingwood’s can impact both ends with his scoring, rebounding and shot disruption around the basket. Collingwood averaged 15 points and 5.3 rebounds per game as McNamara finished the weekend with a 2-2 record.
Silas Devonish Silas Devonish 5'9" | PG Bishop Ireton | 2026 State VA | Bishop Ireton
Devonish has been on a tear since his standout performance at the Crossroads Elite Invitational in Plainfield, IN. His command on the ball, quickness and determination to control the game with paint touches is rare. Once he gets there, he has great feel reading the defense and deciding whether he’ll look to score it himself or spray passes out to shooters spotting up. He’s a tough-nosed defender on the ball and always makes his presence known off of it with deflections. Devonish averaged an impressive stat line of 16.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game.
Marcus Hancock

Hancock made his outside shooting prowess known from the start of the weekend by pouring in 26 points, knocking down seven of his 11 attempts from deep. He shot comfortably off the move and is effective in relocating off other’s penetration. The 6’2 guard averaged 19.5 points per game converting on 57.9 percent of his three’s in the four games where his team finished with a 3-1 overall record.
Neiko Mundey

Mundey and Robinson make for one of the special young backcourts in the DMV and both showed why throughout the weekend. They can both score it with balance from all three levels and if support for that argument is needed you can look at their shooting numbers. Both handle the bulk of the scoring load for this Good Counsel team with Robinson averaging 17PPG and Mundey averaging 18. He also did his due diligence on the glass securing four per game while dishing out a hair under four assists.
