Game Watched: ASAK EliternParker continues to be a fun watch, because the youngster has already found a consistent level of production. And it’s not just limited to one aspect of the game, they physical forward can be seen crashing the glass, hitting threes, and going to work down-low on mismatches. In this contest in particular, Team Trae Young seemed focus on getting Parker quality touches around the rim, where he went to work with good efficiency. The workhorse forward has skill to his game, but his apparent dedication to balance it out with power is refreshing.
Games Watched: Nike EYBL Dallas SessionrnFor many programs, a player with Combs-Pierce traits and talents would likely be featured more in a starring role. But playing on the highest level for grassroots basketball has pushed the Norman standout into a similar role he’ll likely play when first starting his college career. He really shined in Dallas as an impact defender, especially when using his huge wingspan to protect the paint against athletic drivers and bigs. Along with his improving aggression on the defensive end and rebounder, he’s a consistent communicator while on the floor. Being vocal is another positive “little thing” trait that adds up quickly at the next level.
Game Watched: Iso JoernWhile Miller is a quality shooter, it was good to see him find new ways to impact a higher level contest. It started with a pair of steals from jumping passing lanes for scores. The second in particular was impressive as he jumped the pass, showed some burst to accelerate away from defenders and finish with authority at the rim. His improved finishing ability with strength and skill were on display all contests, attacking when presented open lanes or cutting to opens when off the ball.

Game Watched Rhode Island EliternThe youngster has promising size to be a floor spacing wing. He looked well drilled as an off the ball movement player, not only in finding openings along the perimeter. But also on timely cuts to the rim, and attacking the offensive glass. Those traits proved to be important to him positively impacting the game early on, as his jumper wasn’t falling in the first half. Eventually he broke through with a big three late in the close contest, putting him down as a prospect to continue to monitor going forward.

Game Watched: LA Elite SelectrnAnother quality shooter on this list, Chandler does the little things around his main trait. After hitting an early three, he showed that he has a 1-2 dribble pull up when ran off the line. Then also a “small town” heady moment when he raced back on defense, successfully making a strip on a player in transition to save two points. Chandler’s shooting came back to the forefront with crucial makes late in a competitive victory for Chaos.
