The Manning HS Monarchs won 72-67. </p>

The Blazers will now travel to Florence to play Wilson HS in Round 2. </p>

<p>Region 6-4A had a good opening round of games. Hartsville, Wilson HS, South Florence HS and West Florence HS all won their opening round games. Hartsville HS defeated A.C. Flora HS 47-40 behind<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1098676' first='Kameron' last='Foman'] </strong>15 points. Wilson HS defeated Lugoff-Elgin 73-52 while <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='865290' first='Merel' last='Burgess']</strong> a left-handed forward finished with 24 points while<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1149789' first='Tristan' last='Thompson']</strong> added 17 points. South Florence HS defeated Westwood HS 49-48 behind <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1156890' first='Jamarie' last='Brown']</strong> scoring 15 points. West Florence HS took care of business by defeating May River HS 61-56 on the road. The Knights were led by <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1162462' first='Darren' last='Lloyd']</strong> with 15 points, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='865315' first='Deuce' last='Hudson']</strong> 12 points and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1189807' first='Bryson' last='Graves']</strong> 11 points. </p>

<p>Greenville HS defeated South Aiken HS 71-44 in the opening round. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1745774' first='Isaiah' last='Mosley']</strong> led the way for the Red Raiders with 25 points. Westside HS (Anderson) had no problems with Aiken HS in an 87-46 opening round game. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1423863' first='Zeke' last='Marshall']</strong> scored 24 points while [player_tooltip player_id='1258300' first='Joshua' last='Williams'] added 19 points for the Rams. </p>
